La Barcarolle is an unusual apartment, industrial loft style in the heart of the old town of Avignon. With an area of 80m², you will appreciate the space and the tranquility of the place. The apartment is on the ground floor. A large air-conditioned bedroom (only the bedroom has air conditioning) with wardrobe. A large bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, sink). A large main room with American kitchen, dining area and lounge area (television, sofa bed, 1/4 grand piano). The apartment overlooks a large interior courtyard (dining area, sofa, hanging chair). Also at your disposal, on the ground floor, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes line. From July 2020, you can enjoy a gym, a game room and an intimate room with SPA in the courtyard.
