We have just completed the renovation of 2 new rentals for your vacation in a town house in the heart of SAUJON (6000 inhabitants, well known for its thermal baths), 10 km from Royan and the beaches (St Georges de Didonne, Meschers ...). The 2 apartments have been equipped for a pleasant stay, for 2 people MAXIMUM.
A large studio-cabin of 25 m² on the ground floor with garden-deckchair-BBQ (BOYARD accommodation) and on the first floor a beautiful bright T2 OF 35 m² (NEPTUNE accommodation)
equipped kitchenette. Washing machine. LCD TV.
Our animal freinds are not admitted .
This city building is located behind the shops, so isolated from the passage of the shopping street while being in the city center. Market, greengrocer, cheese maker, pastry chef, baker, fishmonger, media library, hairdresser, beauty salon .... within 20 m!
Parking is in the public squares on the street in front of or on the large market square.
The windows all overlook the interior courtyard.
Bed linen provided.
Long-term rates possible.
Options are possible according to your wishes at an additional cost: linen, bicycle rental, end of stay cleaning ...
