L'Ecume des Mers is a newly classified *** furnished tourist accommodation located in the heart of Arcachon and can comfortably accommodate 5 people.
(including a maximum of 4 adults).

Located on the second floor with elevator of a very quiet 1978 residence with caretaker, the accommodation is very bright, facing south - east. The balcony of the main room overlooks the interior of the residence, the bedroom and bathroom on the lower end of the Moorish Park.

A private parking space for a classic car is available in the underground car park. Possibility to park for free if necessary in the streets surrounding the residence. Supermarket 150 m.
Bicycle storage
 The tourist tax of 1.10 euros per adult per night, departure cleaning, beach equipment and security deposit are included in the estimate that will be sent to you. The rental of bed and bathroom linen is at an additional cost and must be paid on arrival however.

Appartement très agréable et lumineux, à la propreté irréprochable et de plus bien décoré! Valérie nous a prodigué de nombreux conseils de visites au départ de l’appartement idéalement situé ! Un excellent séjour

Cet appartement a toutes les qualités pour passer un excellent séjour à Arcachon : très proche du centre ville et des plages, il est cependant situé dans un environnement très calme. Décoré avec soin, il est de plus très confortable . Mme Lavau multiplie les petites attentions envers ses hôtes. Son sens de l'accueil est exceptionnel.

Juste parfait

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances très agréables. Literies très confortables, et appartement très fonctionnel il y a tout ce qu’il faut, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Très proche de la plage. Mme Lavau est une personne très gentille et nous a très bien accueilli. Elle a même pris soin de nous envoyer un petit message pour savoir si tout ce passait bien.
