I have stayed at dozens of places over the years and this property is top 5 for me. Lots of outdoor space, great interior, the host is fantastic with great communication. Hire car definately required for shopping and eating out.

La villa était spacieuse et magnifiquement décorée, ce qui en faisait une escale parfaite pour notre famille, Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps près de la piscine privée et avons apprécié la vue sereine sur le réservoir, L'emplacement était également excellent

Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer verlief reibungslos und wir empfanden ihn als sehr angenehm. Der Besitzer war hilfsbereit und empfing uns bei der Ankunft sehr gastfreundlich. Die Villa war nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch komplett ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, eine Wiederholung lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Top Haus zum entspannen

Das Haus war sauber und wie auf den Fotos in einem schönen Zustand. Wenn man einen Ort zum entspannen sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Größere Orte/Städte sind mind. 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Prachtige moderne villa met groot zwembad. Zeer netjes! Zwembad werd meerdere malen schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf. Veel benodigdheden aanwezig zoals bbq, babybedje, speelgoed, spelletjes etc. etc. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Supermarkt op korte afstand (+- 15 min rijden). Echt een aanrader!!!

Eine wunderbare Villa mit Allem was es braucht. Das moderne Haus ist herrvorragend ausgestattet, der grosse Pool garantiert eine willkommene Abkühlung und die Liegen im Garten laden zum Sonnenbad ein. Was will man mehr? Da Torremendo etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Mietwagen pflicht. Jedoch sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Golfplätze, Strände, Einkaufszentren innert 10-20min. erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder.

Wat een heerlijke woning met alle ruimte en luxe! De villa is rustig gelegen in het dorp Torremendo en is voorzien van werkelijk alle faciliteiten. Ruime keuken en prachtig aangelegd zwembad met een zitkuil waar we heerlijk zaten in de avond. De communicatie met de eigenaar was heel goed en niets was te veel moeite!

heel vriendelijke ontvangst ! villa heeft alles te bieden wat je van een top vakantie verwacht! prachtig zwembad , mooie en ruime kamers ,mooi dakterras , goed uitgeruste keuken . villa is ook heel rustig gelegen , dus mensen die uit de drukte willen blijven en op een goeie 15-20m in of rond het drukkere torrevieja willen is dit de ideale woning . voor echte goeie warenhuizen is wel de wagen nodig . wij kijken met een heel goed gevoel terug naar onze vakantie met de kids , villa was prachtig , net zoals het weer :)

We werden heel goed ontvangen. Het is een fantastische woning met heel wat comfort. Rustige omgeving maar voor levensmiddelen heb je steeds een auto nodig.

Wat een heerlijk huis. Wij (4 volw, 2 kinderen) zijn ontzettend hartelijk ontvangen door Jeanette. Omdat we pas laat konden arriveren was ze bereid een aantal boodschappen voor ons te doen zodat we de eerste avond en ochtend goed doorkwamen, dit zorgde al voor een prettige start van de vakantie. In tegenstelling tot eerdere reviews was het huis schoon en is het verder van alle gemakken voorzien. De luxe Sonos geluidsinstallatie die door het hele huis zat (en tuin) maakte de boel af. We hebben genoten met zijn allen en een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Wij hebben in de villa een prima tijd gehad. Het zwembad is goed gebruikt door de kinderen. In Torrevieja zijn voldoende goede eetmogelijkheden en er is ook voldoende vermaak. Kortom een fijne vakantie

Ontvangst ter plaatse zeer vlot verlopen. Even verwarring op jullie Belvilla website staat airconditioning inbegrepen terwijl men toch voor de stroom moet betalen. Dus dit klopt niet. Beter zou zijn airconditioning aanwezig. Villa is prachtig, toch hebben wij de indruk dat de poetsdame deze villa nooit kan poetsen op 2 of 3 uur. Dit hebben wij ook hier en daar vast gesteld bij aankomst. Er moet meer controle komen op het reinigingswerk, vermits we verplicht toch 250 euro voor de schoonmaak dienen te betalen. Het zit hem in de details die een eerste indruk geven. Er is blijkbaar weining communicatie tussen de eigenaar en de zwembad onderhoudsman. De pomp van het zwembad was al stuk sinds 23/6 (hij noteert dit zelf op een logboek). Toen wij aankwamen op 15/7 werkte de filter dus nog steeds niet. Dit hebben wij gemeld en de sleuteldame Jeanette heeft toen wel onmiddellijk actie genomen in overleg met de eigenaar, hetgeen zeer fijn is. Echter tegen dat alles gemaakt was, was de week om en het zwembad heel vuil! Heel fijn dat we hier dan toch een kleine financiële compensatie in de schoonmaakkosten voor gekregen hebben. Dat appreciëren we zeer.
