Beautiful semi-detached house with pool and air conditioning near the beach
Fully furnished house in a quiet area.
It has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a bookcase, it has a flat screen television and a dining table. The kitchen is furnished with noble wooden furniture and fully equipped with all appliances such as hob, oven, never, washing machine, and utensils also has microwave, toaster, zumera and cutlery and utensils.
there is a toilet with sink and toilet.
The terrace has a private pool and sun beds.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table with mirror and built-in wardrobe.
There is a bathroom suite with bath, toilet and washbasin cabinet.
There are another 2 bedrooms. Each of them with two beds and wardrobe.
There is a second full bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet, and sink.
On the terrace there is a table with 6 chairs to eat outside.
The pool is private for the guests of the house.

Das Haus befand sich an einem Fährhafen morgens, mittags, abends und nachts donnert en dort die LKW und Autos entlang es war nur laut, und stank fürchterlich nach Abgase, in der Beschreibung stand in ruhiger Lage, was 1absolut nicht stimmte ni. SEHR enttäuschend

Mooi huis en goede locatie!:)
Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van het verblijf in Casa Alcanada. We konden gemakkelijk inchecken en er stond toen we aankamen zelfs een welkomsdrankje en fruit in de koelkast. De locatie is perfect je loopt zo in 10 minuten naar alle grotere winkels en restaurant. Ook het strand is daar heel dichtbij op loopafstand. Het was een leuke sfeer daar met in de avond kraampjes waar leuke spullen te koop waren. Het zwembad wal heel erg fijn. De grote slaapkamer was ook heel goed. Het contact was super goed met de eigenaar en de helper.
Nogmaals heel erg bedankt!

Alles zusammen war OK!
Das Haus war gut! Die Fotos auf dem Homepage machen aber falschen Eindruck. Wohnzimmer ist doch ein bisschen kleiner als man von den Fotos annehmen kann. Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut! Doppelbett sehr gemütlich. Pool ist in Wirklichkeit großer als man von den Fotos annehmen kann. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, insgesamt 2 mal in 9 Tagen hat sehr nach Kerosin gerochen. Lag aber an dem Hafen in der Nähe. Positiv: sehr nah an Center.
