Comfortable apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) comprising an entrance hall with a closet, a living/dining room opening onto a large terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.). One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a closet. Bathroom (bathtub). Separate toilet. Private parking space.

Bed and towels are not provided (available as an optional extra when booking). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory is taken upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
