The apartment is Studied in details and it is equipped with all the comforts Necessary for your stay.

It is composed of 1 kitchen, Which contains all the accessories needed to prepare meals comfortably at home, a bathroom with window and shower, 1 very large bed room with one double bed for 2 people, 1 living room with sofa bed for other 2 people .

We provide sheets, blankets, towels, soaps, hair dryer, LED TV, washing machine and Internet access.

It is located 100 meters from Metro B, the Basilica of San Paolo station, Which is a 7-minute ride from the historic center of Rome.

At about 400 meters you can find the famous Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls, one of the famous seven churches of Rome.

By foot you can reach the university Roma3, the Garbatella district, Eataly and all the facilities of the San Paolo neighborhood.
All the facilities you can think of are at walking distance.

We are a brother and sister from Rome who live very close to the apartment (if you need anything while you stay at our property we can reach you pretty fast).

We both speak Inglese very well and are incendio communicate in spanish and frech, Surely I know we will find a way to communicate :-)

We love our city and we are incendio give you the best tips and hints on where to go and what to see.

Furthermore, we can buy tickets for you in advance for the major tourist attractions (Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Capitoline Museums, etc. etc.) I know That you can get there and totally skip the long lines (some of these attractions are sold out if you do not get your tickets days before, so keep this in mind).
Just let us know in advance and we can arrange it for you with no problems!

Nice apartment conveniently located close to Metro, shops, dining. But needs better furniture.

We chose this property for its proximity to Metro and to our son snd his family, who live in the neighborhood. The apartment had been modernized-bath and kitchen are very nice, plenty of hot water, good heat in building. But our stay was unsatisfactory due to the lack of a single comfortable chair or couch/sofa in the entire place. Since pictures showed a couch. and some easy chairs, we asked the owner what had happened to them. His explanation was that the sofa had broken snd that a new one had not yet arrived. He made no effort while we were there to remedy the situation, so we moved the rollaway bed into the living room to have a place to sit. Kitchen chairs are hard plastic, chairs for dining table are folding type that go with a card table. I feel that the owner owes us a partial refund for failing to provide the minimum level of furnishings that one expects in a Homeaway rental.

Great location, great price!

We really enjoyed our time at Maurizio's apartment and he was the perfect host! Great location and super accessible to everything we needed. Really nice being in an Italian neighborhood as opposed to being close to city center.

What a great place to stay!

This is an amazing apartment. The owner was extremely helpful with all of our questions. He provided a binder with lots of recommendations for restaurants and other places to see in the area. When we experienced trouble with our phone, he called the taxi service and arranged for our taxi. The apartment is very clean and well taken care of. The owner's sister met us at the apartment upon our arrival and gave us a tour of where we would be staying. The metro is only a block away so we had easy access to all the places we wanted to go and see. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Rome.

Bel appartement à la décoration soignée

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet appartement pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Situé dans un quartier populaire à proximité du métro basilica san paolo, à seulement quatre stations du Colisée. Je tiens à souligner l'attention constante que nous à porté Maurizio et l'aide qu'il nous a fourni pour nous procurer une poussette très rapidement. Notre prochain séjour à Rome se fera évidemment dans cet appartement.

super!

Bel appartement confortable trés proche de Rome avec le Métro, nous avons passé 4 jours pour visiter Rome extra! L'annonce est conforme à la réalité, la location est propre et bien entretenue, Bon accueil de Maurizio. Pour ceux qui souhaiteraient passer une journée à la mer la location est placée sur le ligne de train qui y mène c'est un atout supplémentaire! Nous recommandons cette location sans problème. Nombreux petits commerces de proximité pour acheter de bonnes pates , pesto charcuterie italienne, fromage et bon vin!
