Our Italian Get Away

Apartment was perfect for the two of us. Marco was a great host- met us at check in and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. About a 20 minute walk to the Vatican and closest Metro station. It was also easy to grab a cab right outside our door.

A nice small place near the Vatican

It was a small clean apartment with a gaeden terrace. There were lots of stairs (about 55) from the main street. Many cafes and small restaurants nearby. Several buses were alao close that made travelling downtown easy. Fod shopping was a bit of a hasle but with the walkway opening (avoiding the stairs) it was much easier.

Spaziergang zum Vatikan

Freundlicher Empfang, zweckmäßig ausgestattete FeWo, innen und außen hübsch und ordentlich. Auf der Terrasse wars bissel laut von der Straße, aber dafür mit Zitronenbaum vorm Badfenster.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Rom

Marco ist ein äußerst freundlicher Vermieter. Gut erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend, was An- und Abreise anbelangt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, um uns rundum wohl zu fühlen.

Charming gem of an apartment - highly recommend

We would love to stay here again. Location is excellent because it is in a residential area yet is close to all landmarks one usually wants to see when in Rome. It is quiet at night and provides for an additional experience of a local resident. You can hop on public transport around the corner to get places. It is only 25 minutes from the airport (with no traffic) via a taxi. The unit came with all one needs to enjoy a long or a short stay, such as a full kitchen. The unit is on the first floor with a garden access, if needed, allowing for someone with limited mobility to stay there as well. Specifically, my mom walked through the garden access without needing to walk the stairs. We especially enjoyed the charming garden on the terrace that comes with the unit, with the lemon, orange, and pomegranate trees, among other plants. We had a relaxing breakfast on a sunny terrace with the view of the charming garden before heading out into the busy and exciting exploration of the city. We stayed there at the end of November and enjoyed orange tree’s little gifts daily with a couple of oranges falling on the ground as a super special treat of ripen fruit. We especially loved caring host, Marco, who was readily available, attentive to our needs, and accommodating.

Super Lage und unkomplizierter Gatgeber

Die Wohnung ist klein und gemütlich. Besonders toll ist der Garten mit Zitronen- und Orangenbaum an dem wir uns bedienen durften. Die Küche ist nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut und die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.

Good stay

First, Marco was such an amazing host! He was so generous of his time and effort to help me get to the place and he always responded straight away if I had a question. The only issue I had with the place was the scented toilet paper as I am a bit particular about scents. It will be important to get the full address as well as the apartment is at the bottom of the small road.

Fünf Tage in Rom

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und uns auch erlaubt Früchte vom Orangen und Zitronenbaum zu nehmen. Auch bei einer späteren Abreise war er sehr flexibel und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Bad befindet sich inzwischen eine Dusche und keine Badewanne mehr. Das kann durch die Bilder täuschen, hat aber für uns keinen Nachteil dargestellt. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden, das man braucht. Der Garten mit den Obstbäumen ist auch sehr schön. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag sind Deckel für die Töpfe und eine Schere zur Ausstattung und ein Überstreichen der Wände zu empfehlen. Das Appartment liegt auf einem Hügel. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist eine Treppe bzw. eine steile Straße entfernt, sodass man mobil sein sollte. Auch für Einkaufmöglichkeiten muss man einen gewissen Weg zurücklegen. Insgesamt ist ein schönes Apartment in der Nähe des Vatikans.

Appartement loin du tumulte du Centre ville, tout près du Vatican, de la basilique Saint Pierre (nous avons tout fait à pied depuis l’appartement car nous aimons marcher dans la ville). Superbe terrasse où nous cueillons en direct de l’arbre les citrons et les oranges. Appartement très propre pour ce qui du ménage mais vieillissant

Très bien équipé pour la cuisine et un beau petit jardin extérieur

Nous aurions aimer avoir des documents pour le fonctionnement de certain appareils et mise en garde si nécessaire. Nous on vient du Québec et la façon de fonctionner et un peu différente particulairement pour le poêle au gaz. Il pourrait aussi avoir un panflet explicatif pour le lave-vaisselle. On a apprécié que l'hote parle français ainsi que les informations pour se rendre a l'hebergement. L'hote est aussi .sympatthyqueet accueille ntacceillant

Amazing Place!

Marco’s place in Rome was great. It had a great terrace to hang out at and relax after a day of sightseeing around the city. Overall love it and would 10/10 recommend.

Nær centrum i god lejlighed.

Marco er en god udlejer. Der er parat til at hjælpe, i en hver situation Lejligheden har en meget fin terrasse, så der er sol eller skygge efter eget valg hele dagen. Godt soveværelse og ok badeværelse. Køkkenet er udstyret med alle nødvendige faciliteter. Lejligheden er meget fin til prisen. Beliggenheden er super med 1.000 m. Til Peterspladsen. Rig mulighed for at tage offentlig transport i nærheden.
