VIEWS!! VIEWS!! This 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath property located directly across from beach in the North End of Sea Isle. Property has fantastic views of ocean and bay! First floor has 3 bedrooms with 1 king ensuite, 1 queen, 2 twin beds and 1 hall bath. Middle floor has living room, dining room which seats up to 10 and newer kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also a 1/2 bath for convenience of children and elderly family members. Top floor master has king bed and full bath. Ground floor allows parking for up to 5 vehicles. Also there is a large outside shower and extra keyed storage under entry stairs to store bikes and beach accessories.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
