Rental property is located within the 200 block of 38th street; walking distance to downtown but away from the noise. Unit has a front porch and backyard patio with storage space, outside shower and gas grill. Central air, wireless internet and TVs are included in each room with Roku access to all apps. Three bedrooms on first floor with full bath. Enter home and 1 bedroom on your right has 2 twin beds. A full bath is next to this bedroom. Middle bedroom has 1 twin and 1 Queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 Queen. Go up stairs to the main living area which is bright, cheery, and offers a fully equipped modern kitchen! Off the kitchen is the master bedroom which has a Queen bed with full bath including a walk in shower. Property is small dog friendly for additional pet deposit.
