About this property

This one of a kind mini studio, located just around the corner from the pool and beach access. The queen sized Murphy bed is hidden in the wall cabinet during the day, but at night it can be pulled down to make into a comfortable queen size bed. The huge flat screen TV will keep you fully entertained in this tiny unit. You can create ambiance for two in this cozy suite with the subtle lighting hidden in the crown molding. The kitchenette is separated in this room by a polished granite counter top, pull up a bar stool and there is no need for a kitchen table. This condo has a two burner plug in, small refrigerator and the basic kitchen amenities. The bathroom was also upgraded in granite with a rainfall shower head extending from the ceiling. Everyone who stays in condo 107 seems charmed by this MINI Studio Suite.

When we first got there, we requested early check in and we were able to do so around 3. When we pulled the Murphy bed down, the sheets were kinda gross.. full of hair and dirty but we requested new ones and we were accommodated right away! Other than that, it’s very clean, beautiful location, and overall an amazing stay!! We will definitely stay here again!!

St. Augustine Long Weekend

Beachers Lodge property is very clean. It feels safe. We had stayed before and had expectations for condo size. This was a suite which is more like the size of a hotel room. Very clean though with updates. Our only problem was the smell of a deodorizer perhaps ? It was very strong. I looked for a plug in of some sort but nothing was found. I never found the source of the very strong smell. Some people may like that. I have asthma so it was unpleasant for me. Still overall it was just fine. I will stay at the Beachers Lodge again, but will find a larger place with the window facing the Ocean next time.

Tiny but terrific

Single room, with a Murphy bed. Clean, small, and very close to the beach. This is an older place with. Small efficiency option. Not bad, AC worked and very close walk to why we went, THE BEACH!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful time but there are 3 issues that should be address for this unit 1. Screen ti window was falling out looked like someone may have attempted to break in, 2. the door is very DIFFICULT to open and close seemed rusty and 3. the room had a very bad musty smell.
