Nice property with good king bed, clean kitchen and 2 nice pools. The only issue is that the porch or deck overlooks A1A just a few feet away. So it’s really noisy out there and a little noisy inside too.

B35 3 night stay

Very nice -- worked great for me as I was in town visiting family. I've stayed at other Ocean Village condos as well -- all have worked great. B35 has a really slick kiosk for check in/out and very easy electronic door lock as well. Pizza and wings are right across the street!

July 4th vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. There was some confusion on way to condo because address sent from VRBO was not accurate but Todd was very fast to text me correct address. The check in process was very easy once we got in condo. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and Todd was great to drop off some extra dish towels for us when I asked. The parking wasn't the best as the lot was full most days but the walk from other lots wasn't bad. We loved having two pools to use and enjoyed the walk to the beach, so did our dog. The location of the condo complex is great, there is so much around within walking distance. Our dog enjoyed laying on the balcony every day and people watching. We found a dog park close by which was a great perk to take him to so he could have off leash time. We would definitely book again.

Property was very nice, short walk to the beach but perfect for what we needed it for. Pool was nice, downside is that they are strict on closing the pool at dusk, cant even walk through it as needed to get to the ocean at night so you have to walk around the buildings if you want to walk the ocean at night. Other then that it was perfect and still worth the 5 star rating. I think my favorite feature is the bigger then king sized bed. Sooooo much room makes me want one at home but the girlfriend already said NO! Lol. But definitely a great weeks stay and highly recommend. The property did have a couple of "small mechanical flawes" which were brought to the owners attention.

Great little gem!

Amazing getaway!

The perfect place for a quick getaway or longer vacation. We had an extended weekend to celebrate our Anniversary and it was amazing. The condo was everyrhing we expected and needed, The host was incredible! We brought our service dog and he lives it too!! And

Beautiful unit and great location

This place is located in a well maintained gated community. Here you have great amenities, security and direct beach access. We loved the fact that is just 15 minutes drive to downtown and also we were able to enjoy the beach life. The two pools have security and are really nice. This is a great place to stay.

Good location but subpar room/no communication

Upon arrival the bed was not only covered in stains but completely broken on one half. I have never experienced a bed with the springs so far gone and sunken in. Tried contacting the host multiple times only to receive one text that said “everything’s clean do you want more towels.” We even had a small emergency to which he never responded. After that we messaged more for further help or assistance with the bed, for days there was no response. We only got a text at the end that was automated about cleaning up and fees. The only redeeming feature was the location and heated pools as 50 % of the bed is unusable and the host offers no help
