Fisherman's house renovated with wooden extension of 135 m2 comprising on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen of 27 m2, a dining and living room (40m2), a master bedroom with dressing room, a bathroom and wc, upstairs: 3 other bedrooms with a shower room and wc. The house is individual and has two closed terraces: one facing south east and another facing west, each with garden furniture. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off when you come back from the beach. You can park a car in the yard. A laundry room is attached to the house.
