Agradable

Hemos pasado 10 dias con familia y amigos muy agradable. La casa es linda, comoda, los exteriores preciosos y con increible vista. El pueblo de Alcaucin es muy cerca y muy bonito. A parte, el propietario es muy atento y simpatico. La hemos pasado genial y lo recomendamos.

Casa comoda pese al mal mantenimiento

Somos una familia de 8 personas adultas acostumbradas a viajar a este tipo de alojamientos. La casa está antigua pero es cómoda en cuanto a sus instalaciones, pese a no tener ningún accesorio, tipo gel de baño o productos de cocina. En cuanto a la llegada, nadie nos recibió para informarnos del funcionamiento general de la casa como cocina y piscina, cambiaron hasta en tres ocasiones el horario de llegada. Tuvimos problemas con una persiana y vinieron a buscar una solución aunque no la arreglaron, el aire acondicionado del salón ha estado roto durante toda la estancia. En cuanto a la piscina, no estaba muy limpia, deberían mantenerla mejor y explicar al principio el funcionamiento de la misma, el señor que la limpiaba fue quien nos explicó al día siguiente a llegar todo lo relacionado con ella indicándonos que no volvería, aunque al notar que se ensuciaba, avisamos y vinieron a limpiarla dos días más. Faltan detalles y la atención no es atenta. Pero es una casa cómoda, amplia, la barbacoa muy bien y muy tranquila.
