Private Swimming Pool. Located in Chloe's Landing. Lots of Parking. No pets.

Just 4 Fun !!! You'll relax after a day at the beach in this spacious home. Prepare meals in the large kitchen, while the kids (and adults) lounge around the private pool, or make use of the BBQ grill in the pool area. The beach is a short stroll away down Sandcastle Drive.This great 3 Bedroom 2 bath home in Chloe's Landing just off of 11th street is decorated in an elegant style with big dark mahogany furniture, soft leather and comfortable finishes.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Great vacation rental!

This house has everything you need for a great time. The location is perfect just minutes from the beach, the parking is sufficient, house has high fences so you feel private enough. The pool is a good size the perfect backyard oasis. The beds were comfortable and overall the house had all we needed!

Overall, the rental was nice. I loved having a private pool, but I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness. Additionally, the back fence had lots of roaches.Thankfully, we never saw any in the house. Communication was great! The location was also nice, as I took a 10 minute walk to the store.

This is house is conveniently located and is very clean! The furnishings are minimal. Don’t forget to bring the paper towels! 😊 It would be easier if the door had a lock code rather than keys to keep up with. Overall I would definitely recommend it!

The listing description was accurate. All rooms were good size and the place was clean on arrival. Having a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen made it more convenient for a multiple day stay. Having a private pool and outdoor area was also nice. Would definitely recommend.

Was awesome, as always! The pool was smaller than it looks on pics and very warm, but it was still good to have and relax. Kitchen: pots, pans etc very minimal, if you always cook take your own. I always take my favorite pots& pans seasoning etc. Communication with Melissa was on point, she always called me or replied to questions. All in all great house!!

Loved our short stay

The house is in great shape. The only thing we wish it had was two more chairs on the front porch and a small table for beverages. The lock to get into the pool is a bit tricky. One of the fire detectors was chirping on arrival. I called the property management and they sent someone pretty quickly to repair it. They could also use more washcloths in the house. We ended up buying extras. And there were two rolls of toilet paper per bath for 4 adults for 4 nights. No paper towels or tissues. We were pleased with the accommodations overall.

The Orange House

The Orange House is what my children called it for the week we called it home. It's close enough to golf cart to the beach and then close but not too close to all of the live activity in the other direction. The pool is small but perfect for the kids on the days they just wanted to relax and not beach it. I would recommend bringing paper towels and trash bags. No Keurig! Bring regular coffee! We were there a week and a family of five so we brought everything we needed. It was great to be able to wash laundry and bring home clean clothes verses tons of dirty clothes and beach towels. Melissa was absolutely the best to work with. Check in was simple and she was super responsive to my questions. I was a late check in and had to leave a little earlier than anticipated due to a family matter, but they made that incredibly easy as well. I would absolutely look to stay in this home again. AND, each room has a TV. So if you have a Netflix account, you can access it. It was perfect for our family and we'd be happy to stay again.
