This one-of-a-kind condo boasts breathtaking Gulf front views of the crystal-clear Emerald Coast waters from both the living room and spacious primary bedroom. This beautifully-decorated condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in one guest bedroom, two double beds in the additional guest bedroom, a twin-over-double bunk in the separate bunk area. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts an elegant feel, lovely tile flooring and tiled backsplash, stunning granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space. The balcony features plenty of furniture, creating the perfect atmosphere to sit and listen to the waves or simply take in the Gulf breeze from the second floor.

Conveniently located near a wide variety of local restaurants, shops, nightlife and attractions. It is just less than a mile from the Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park, the prime spot for events and festivals throughout the year. Frank Brown Recreation Center, Gulf World, Man in the Sea Museum, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark are all within four miles from the property.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
