Located on the 3rd floor this spacious 3BA/3BA condo features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters and an eat-in bar. Tidewater 302

We really enjoyed our stay at tidewater. There was plenty of seating for everyone, which is often a problem. The amenities were wonderful. We loved that there were beach chairs included with the rental. We’re also so grateful to the staff of Real Joy for finding my daughter’s necklace she left in the unit. It really means a lot to her. Thank you so much.

Family trip

Overall, the room was a nice size. However, it was not available at the check in time of 4pm. When we were able to get in, it was extremely dirty. Our kids had black feet from the dirtiness of the floors! There was hair from the previous renter in the showers and baths and hairball on a bed. The kitchen definitely needs more items that we are typically used to seeing in places we stay (pizza cutter, any bakeware, kid friendly plates). The elevator use was a nightmare. We used the stairs 9 times out of 10 as the wait for the elevator was sometimes over 20 min! For the price, I would likely not stay here again.

Great place but big delay catching elevators

We stayed a week and really enjoyed the room, location and staff. The only downside is the elevators. Just like many reviews, the elevators were the most aggravating part of our stay. The room was nice, but had a funny smell when you opened the front door. All-in-all, we would stay again if they could come up with a better solution for the elevators.
