About this property

Our Sugar White Beaches are OPEN!

This 1 bedroom 1 bath gulfside condo features a unique view of 2 duck ponds, both out the front door and off the rear patio. Children will love to feed the ducks and watch the beautiful swans go by. The pool is just on the other side of the duck pond and can also be viewed by the back balcony. The Gulf of Mexico is just about 100 yards away across a newly built walkway. After your day on the beach you can come rinse off in the shower beside the in ground pool.

Park your car for a week and relax. There is a trolley stop within 50 feet of our unit that will take you to all the 'hot spots' on the beach. You can visit our boardwalk and enjoy live music as well as great restaurants. There are local rental spots where you can rent equipment for water activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, party barges, and more. For the fisherman at heart there are charter boats that leave beach daily. Young kids will enjoy the sound side with little to no waves and water that is only waist deep.

Gulf Breeze offers an amazing zoo that is a must see for animal lovers and Pensacola offers cultural events year round. Come visit us and enjoy a relaxing beach vacation!!! (However, if you must work wireless internet is provided with our condo.)

Our home features a King bed in the master, a brand new pull out sofa in the family room, plus a blow up bed to sleep 5 comfortably. We have updated furnishings to bring this condo up date with all amenities. There are 2 TV's, a DVD player, and Wifi availability in the unit. We have completed a renovation of the kitchen, bath, floors and walls. The condo feels new again! The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare any meal and we have provided an electric grill for use on the patio. We have recently updated all appliances to stainless steel, but that is not currently shown in the pictures.
A child's highchair is on site, as well as port a crib for the babies. We also live close by and will do our very best to provide you with anything we may have forgotten. Let us know in advance if you have special needs, and we will do everything we can to accommodate them prior to your arrival.

Please note that full or partial refunds will be given if a mandatory beach evacuation occurs due to a hurricane.

The location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Convenient to the beach and the pool. More laid back than being in the middle of the vacation hot spot. We loved the private beach! Wasn’t crowded and the other families were awesome.

We loved this home and the location! It was very clean and we loved the short walk to the beach. We felt safe in the house and everywhere on the island. We have 3 kids under 7 and it fit us very well for a 3 night stay! There were some beach toys there too that we could use which was great so we didn’t have to buy more just for our stay. We 10/10 recommend this place☺️.

Great place to stay near the beach! A++

Very nice property within just a few minutes walk to the beach. Communication by the owner is A+, they even took the time to make a bunch of trays of ice before we showed up because the ice maker wasn’t working! Everything you could need in the kitchen, and the fridge was stocked with bottled water. Beach toys, towels, and chairs were provided. Would definitely stay again!

We were looking last minute for a place on the beach and came across this condo. We were able to get it and we will be back. Bring your fishing poles and beach shoes. The fishing in the lagoon was awesome. The location was perfect and the condo was amazing

The unit was a nice size, pretty close to the beach! I was disappointed to have no air for over 24 hours where the unit reached 89 degrees. The shower had mold in the grout. There were 3 wash cloths provided for a 6 night stay for 3 guests and no washer/dryer in the unit, there is a coin washer/ dryer in a covered area on the property. The owners were very responsive. We loved the Pensacola area!

Great Little Cozy Place

We recently stayed here while my husband was on orders at NAS Pensacola. We wanted to stay on the beach while he was working but didn't want the hustle and bustle of a big high rise condo or hotel. This place was great! It wasn't overcrowded, the other families staying there were considerate and very nice, and the condo had a nice cozy feeling. The owners have really gone out of their way to update the unit, making the stay enjoyable. It was perfect for our family of 3. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good family oriented place to stay.

Overall was a good peaceful location not too bad of a walk to the condo beach !! Our only issue was we had 2 teenage girls and was looking forward to a two (bedroom) when it’s actually a one bedroom with the living room being the other bedroom with a couch pull out !! It worked out ok but could have worded the bedroom situation more clearly!! Over would stay again know now and recommend it too friends and family to check out

Great place to stay

We stayed here for the summer Blue Angels weekend. The first day we stayed at the property for the practice show. The next 2 days we went closer to the pier to meet friends. We used ride share for a quick ride where we wanted to be and back (just note you need to time this correctly because of the crowds on the island). If not convenient, we walked. It's a 1.5-2 mile walk, but it is doable. No complaints. The property is perfect.

Florida Vacation 2024

We thought this was a two bedroom condo. But in fact it was just one bedroom, with a pull out sofa. Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the duck pond, pool, the back porch and the short walk to the beach. We thought it had a hot tub too, but never did find it on our stay. But we overlooked it. We had so much fun exploring different places in Florida, Amust see is the Blue Angels! Just an hour away!! Totally worth the drive/ride. Loved all the places to dine. Mini golf, ice cream, zoo & aquarium! My family had an amazing experience and can’t wait for our next vacation in Florida. 😊😊

Great condo!

My family of three had a great time staying at this one bedroom condo. Jaime was very responsive and thorough with providing all of the information needed to access the condo and navigate the area. It was very clean and with a one year old it was great having a pack & play and booster seat/ high chair on site so we didn’t have to bring those. We ended up setting the pack & play up in the walk-in closet and it was our baby’s very own private space to sleep. We loved the balcony that overlooked the pond/lake running through the property, which we enjoyed seeing was filled with turtles! It was just a short walk through the property to get to the beach, no trouble at all. The beach was not overly crowded which was nice. We would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A very nice Family stay in Pensacola

The location was very nice and clean. I went with my three kids and we had all of the necessary items to make it an enjoyable stay. The only issue is the communication on the website of the number of bedrooms. It does make you believe that there is more than one bedroom, when actuality, the other bed is in the living room as a pullout couch. Jamie was open about that so it wasn’t a major problem. She also stated that she let VRBO know. It would be nice if Vrbo wound make that change as it is a bit confusing. Overall it was a nice place and I would recommend it.

I was transferred here with my family in 1984. My children were born and raised in Pensacola, so it is definitely home. We feel so blessed to have such a gorgeous beach in our "backyard, and we are thrilled to be able to share our 'getaway' with others!

Why they chose this property

We wanted a vacation home that we would have easy access to. We've traveled a lot and stayed in plenty of places where the owner seems to know nothing of the unit they owned. Therefore it was important to us to be personally involved and know the day to day 'operations' of condo renting.

What makes this property unique

My children have absolutely loved being able to sit on the back porch and feed the ducks and swans. It's so unique to be just a small walk from the beautiful white beaches of the gulf and still feel like you are 'lake front'. Our condo really offers a great family atmosphere with all the comforts of home! We want every guest to feel like they are at their own 'home away from home'!
