Enjoy your time away in this waterfront condo located in the heart of Panama City Beach! The condominium features an attractive living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and an inviting private balcony sporting uninterrupted views of the emerald waters below. You can enjoy an array of amenities including multiple shared pools, a community hot tub, a fitness room, a sundeck, and easy beach access with free beach chairs and an umbrella included! As the day comes to a close, enjoy a movie with the whole group on the TV before dozing off to the sound of the tide each night.

This condo is perched in a perfect location to experience all that Panama City has to offer. Closest to the resort is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including the Aerial Adventure Park, Walkinā€™ On Water paddleboards, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf and Grand IMAX Theater. Pier Park always has something going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots.

Wasn't our favorite.

Door code didnt work. Had to get a new code and wait in a storm. Balcony door didn't lock and we had children. Comforter on bed was dirty.

Great place to stay!!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this particular condo and we will keep staying in this one every time we come to PCB. Always clean and have never had any issues. Booking is always easy and all facilities are very nice and clean. The location is perfect!! Love Seychelles!!

Great Weekend

My 91 year old mother wanted to go to the beach. She enjoyed it very much. The condo was just as described. It was very clean and in good condition. Being on the 5th floor allowed her to sit on the balcony and enjoy watching and listening to the beach. It was close to the elevator and easy access to the parking deck. I would not hesitate to go back again.

Condo was full of mold; however the condo itself if the mold wasn’t there would be great. Cute little beach condo. I would recommend removing the carpet! After an evaluation of a secondary cleaning company they did place us in a different condo as the mold issue was not a quick fix.

Enjoyable

The bed was comfortable! A few things that would be useful are a bigger skillet, a few more spoons and forks. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work, neither did the ice maker or the light over the table. This was reported though so hopefully things got fixed. Anyway weather was great and we had a good time and would book again.

Very cute, but I wouldn’t stay again.

It was decorated cute, 5th floor was a great height, close to elevator but no loud noises… the reason we would NOT stay again us apparently they have a roach problem, not just any roaches, the German cockroaches! We started seeing them and realized they have roach traps under all the sinks and those obviously are not working! So disappointed.

Beautiful views!

The view from o ur room was wonderful. There were plenty of linens available. I loved how you didn’t have to have a card to get in or go stand in line at the desk to check in. You just opened your door and the gate with the codes that were emailed to you.( my husband and my self always seem to forget our cards when staying outta town). There was plenty of room & the restaurant next door was a must try (but be prepared for a long wait). DOWNSIDES- there was an odd smell when we opened the door. It didn’t smell dirty really, but didn’t smell clean either. We open the fridge to put some of our drinks we brought in it & there was an opened drink and there was also a dirty washcloth with brown substance all over it. We used the couch pull out bed and it had cereal all in the cushions on the couch and sand all I’ve rather mattress to the point of where we had to wipe it down ourselves. The elevator was extremely slow. (We waited 15 minutes on it at one time). Parking was terrible. There was hardly anywhere to park on our 2nd day there and when we left to go eat and came back- we couldn’t even get in the garage because the code had been changed and no one had informed us of that. The guy working acted like we weren’t supposed to be there when we clearly had a rear view hanger with our check out date on it. The luggage carts do not fit in the door of the rooms, or at least they didn’t fit in our room. We parked it in the hall way and hoped no one tried to come through as we loaded and unloaded because the halls are narrow. The room is very kid friendly and the pool was a hit as well. We will stay here again- hopefully our housekeeper is just a little better next time.

We love staying here but things have changed. They do not supply toilet paper. You used to get free chair rental with room, not anymore. They charge you $40-$50. The freezer you could barely open because it was frozen shut. TV kept messing up, not sure if it was cable or TV itself.
