Carnley House: 4000 sq ft. Huge Pool with Amazing Outdoor Space!

Beautiful home set on over an acre! Four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom! Large living space with marble floors.

Two dining areas. The formal dining seats 8 and the breakfast room seats 8!

Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bowls, bake ware, platters, All Clad stainless cookware. Dinnerware for inside and outside!

The Master bedroom has a king bed and all other bedrooms have queen beds.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Upstairs on the landing there is also a pull out queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.

You'll love the outdoor spaces. 3 different patios on 3 different levels. The top patio has 4 pool chaise loungers, two sofas, two lounge chairs.
The second patio has a table with 6 chairs, a settee, an outdoor kitchen with grill. This outdoor kitchen includes a mini frig, ice bin, paper towel holder and two trash cans!
The 3rd patio is where the fire pit is with seating for 10.

Patio lights allow guests to enjoy the outdoors on the two patios into the evening!

The pool and spa are huge!
The spa will seat 10-12 people!
And the pool is has a diving board!

Behind the pool is a grassed volleyball court.

There are outdoor speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes while relaxing in the large swimming pool. Towels are provided.

And there is an outdoor bathroom on the side of the garage, so that you don't have to come inside the house with wet bathing suits.


Great location! Very convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants! Only minutes from IH35.

What a beautiful home. It was off of a busy street but it really didn’t matter. You couldn’t hear traffic… you couldn’t see traffic and there was no reason to leave the house ( except to go to H-E-B, which was only a mile away!) I live in Austin, but don’t have enough room for all of my kids/family when they come home for the holiday. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you to the Carnleys for a beautiful Thanksgiving

I was pleasantly surprised this home was JUST as nice as the pictures. It was beautiful, functional, and close to everything. The home is stunning in person- and the back yard was just as thought out. We stayed over July 4th weekend and it was decorated for the holiday. What a fun surprise! We would definitely go back.

Beautiful home - well stocked with dishes and glassware. Comfortable beds - plenty of room for a group. Lots of sitting areas. I didn't realize Georgetown was so far out from Austin- no fault of the listing. Even though it's only 35 miles - due to the ongoing construction and heavy traffic it was always 1 hour plus into Austin. But Georgetown is a lovely town with good food.

Excellent for everything that was advertised and more. The grounds and multiple seating areas and pool are outstanding. The architecture inside and outside is exquisite. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with VRBO. Everything we needed was in the very large kitchen. The table was big enough for all nine of us to sit together with even more room available. The host was always available to answer questions. We will stay there again in the future for sure.

Beautiful house!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. The property was beautiful, and there was plenty of seating and space in the house to be together as a family. We loved playing volleyball in the backyard, and we took advantage of the beautiful front yard for family photos! Overall, I would highly recommend this house. One critique I would provide is that one of the bedrooms downstairs lacks privacy. The bedroom doors are glass without curtains. We found this very strange and ended up hanging sheets on the doors for privacy. Also, the owner forgot to provide a propane tank, so we had to buy one at our own expense. This wasn't a huge issue, but we were never compensated for it. Other than that, the house was truly beautiful.

Outstanding Property and incredible experience!

We rented this property for our daughter's 14th birthday celebration. This home has everything a teenage group of girls could want: Plenty of space/rooms, an amazing pool, hot tub, and a volleyball court! My wife and I had a great time as well. The BBQ grill was of excellent quality and I was able to grill some amazing hot dogs for the group. The kitchen has updated Kitchen Aid appliances so cooking was SUPER easy. We really didn't need to leave the property, as pretty much everything we needed was already there. We had Walmart Plus deliver our groceries on the day of arrival, so that made things a LOT easier for us. Thank you sooo very much for helping us make our Princess' birthday PERFECT and memorable. Family and memories are EVERYTHING and you guys helped make it happen. Thank you.

Great place

First the trip was cut short due to SW flights, and had to drive from Pittsburgh, PA to Austin for my son's wedding. Was supposed to check in Wednesday, was not able to check in until Thursday and had to leave 2 days early due to the drive back to PA. Checked out Saturday, instead of Monday. 2 other couple had flights cancelled and 3rd got covid. so, it ended up just 2 of us in this big and beautiful house. What a beautiful place, pool, hot tub, big bedroom, shower. Very clean and very nicely decorated for Christmas. Only downfall, is trying to pull out of the driveway during the day, hard to see oncoming traffic one way. Also, as with many VRBO's I stay at, need better directions on TV’s usage, music and light switches. Could not figure them all out and I am a tech savvy person. Again, great place and will stay again if I have the opportunity, just wish trip was not cut short, stayed 2 nights and had it booked for 5, only used 1 bedroom out of 3 and never had a chance to cook in the large kitchen.

Great Family Thanksgiving!

Our family was visiting the area from Washington state for Thanksgiving. Our youngest son and his wife, who live nearby hosted Thanksgiving, but asked us if we could prepare a few things. This house was well equipped and supported us making several Thanksgiving dishes. There were eight of us staying in the house and it is a fantastic venue for being able spend time with family and make new memories. The large living area was great for family games. The outdoor living area is amazing and another great gathering area. It was easy to communicate with the property owner and check in was super easy. One suggestion we would offer is to have outdoor furniture covers available to keep the furniture from getting wet. Overall we highly recommend this location particularly for family events. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful getaway

We had an amazing time at Carnley House! The home is very spacious and well appointed. It is close to many conveniences but, the back garden and pool are a tropical retreat that make you feel miles away. Thank you for a lovely stay!
