Enjoy free seasonal beach service on the private stretch of white sand below, come home to relax on your gulf-front balcony, and spend the afternoon at the resort's indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, movie theater, arcade, and expansive fitness center with a steam room and sauna. The primary shower includes a low-threshold entrance, so every family member can shower with ease. To add even more convenience to your stay, this retreat features a Reme Halo air purifier. It is attached directly to the HVAC which causes an Advanced Oxidation Process that eliminates 99% of bacteria, mold, and viruses when the HVAC is in operation.

Pier Park is just over half a mile east, with more than 100 stores and entertainment options that include the Emerald Coast Mirror Maze, a Grand IMAX theater, and the Panama City Beach Skywheel. For dinner, try Great White Pizza, Angry Tuna Seafood Company, Hana Japan, or Osaka Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar. Frank Brown Park is only one mile north as well, and plays host to the Gulf Coast Jam every Labor Day weekend.

The elevators are horrible!

The location and the proximity to everything was great! The elevator wait was ridiculous!!!! Most days we chose to walk down the 10 flights of stairs instead of waiting. There were several times we had to wait 20-30 minutes to get an elevator back to our condo.

Nice condo on the beach

Our family loved the location of this condo, it was within walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores and souvnier shops. The condo was located on the 10th floor with amazing views of the gulf and has complimentary beach service.

fantastic view and quality everything

everything in the condo was clean and good quality that looked well kept. My Husband, our friend, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back and stay in the same room if possible. The location of the condo was perfect to enjoy the view of the ocean while not being so high up I felt queasy...elevators were no issue other than Saturday and Sunday and even then was not so much of an issue that it negatively affected our stay.

Owner Assumption

This condo has a ring doorbell that was hanging down when we arrived, so my husband tried to fix it since we have a ring doorbell in our home. Next thing you know we got a call from Vacasa stating that we had to have a serious conversation between the owner, Vacasa and us because we supposedly were trying to remove the doorbell. Obviously no one inspected that doorbell before we arrived. I did not appreciate the accusation, why would we try to remove an old hanging down ring doorbell? If you are going to rent your place then rent it without accusing people. Also the balcony was filthy, no one has cleaned it in a long time. I did like the spacious condo.

Last minute Stay

We booked this condo last minute as we were driving towards Panama City beach with no reservations. The reservation process was easy and easy check in. There is an extra fee for parking and you must get wrist band to access all doors Condo is in a huge high rise, about 25 story building, so summer would be super busy. Building does have theater, several pools, restaurant etc. as far as condo it was pretty generic. Does not look like its own by anyone but more of a business. Furniture clean but not the most comfy and master bed is super uncomfortable, very hard. Otherwise, everything in g was clean and tidy and kitchen well equipped. View is phenomenal. I would give it a higher review if it wasn’t because of the bed.
