Nice new apartment of 45 m2, fully equipped:
- spacious living room: air conditioning, sofa bed (sleeps 130 cm), flat screen TV, WIFI.
- Equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer 2 drawers, coffee maker, toaster, and all kitchen utensils.
- Large bedroom: 12 m2 double bed of 160 (possibility of a folding bed for children) with dressing room and flat screen.
- Bathroom: walk-in shower, towel dryer
- Individual covered terrace of 30 m2 with barbecue, garden table and chairs, deckchairs
- Private parking

Brand new appartment in silent location

the building and Installation is all new, clean and modern. Location is 10-15mins walk to the Beach and 20-25 to the city centre. The host is friendly and helps always. Was a great stay.

Très bon séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, il était confortable, propre et très bien équipé. Pour nous une semaine très agréable dans un logement propre et fonctionnel avec sa terrasse abritée et notre voiture garée juste devant donc très pratique. Proche de Calvi et de sa Pinède dans une région magnifique.

Excellent séjour !

La location est très bien équipée, et l’emplacement est idéal ! Une vingtaine de minutes à pied pour arriver au port, une dizaine pour arriver à la première plage. La terrasse est très agréable le matin, ou en fin de journée après avoir crapahuté dans les alentours. Nous recommandons l’hébergement de Tiphaine sans problème !
