Perfect for Families of a young ones!

This home was clean, adorable, and had thought of nearly everything that would make travel with infants-young children! It was so kid friendly and we had all the items we needed and loved the close location to the playground and short walk To the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, great location!

We had a family weekend to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. Everything was great. The house is roomy, well appointed, and everything is modern and up to date.

Summer Vacation

The property is in a great location - especially for active kids. The playing fields across the street and the park a block away were life savers. Easy access to the boards and a very responsive host made our week great.

Beautiful week in OCNJ

We stayed for a week August 10-17 and couldn't have been happier with this rental. There were a few items we noted that were broken when we arrived, but the property management company addressed them immediately. The check in / check out process was simple and we were extremely happy with all of the extras they offered - a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys, and lots of stuff for kids in the house!

They thought of everything. It was very nice not having to bring sheets and towels. We didn’t have children with us but they had everything in the house you would need to bring small children on vacation.

First vacation of summer 2024

We could not have been more happy with our stay. The digital owners guide, amazing amenities and fantastic location were just a few of the highlights of the trip. If you are looking for a kid friendly house this is a great choice - we were able to to leave our big pieces at home because they provided a pack and play, several stroller options and so many toys which made the pack up before stress free. Our son LOVED all the different toys he was able to play with. This is a great place and we had the best weekend!

Best Family-friendly Beach House!

I have stayed in a lot of beach houses in Ocean City, New Jersey, and I think this house has been my favorite to date. To start, the communication was straight forward and easy with owner. From the minute you walk in the door you feel at home. They had everything you needed to settle right in, even toys for the little ones! The decor was beautiful. There were gorgeous stain glass windows in the family room I could not stop looking at. If you have a baby or little ones this place is a must.

Beautiful property!!

Great accommodations including all you will ever need for fun at the shore! Well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, living room great for family time and movie nights, beautiful outdoor space with charming decor and wrap around porch. This one is PERFECT for young families—changing tables, toys, strollers, dishes, sippy cups, books—you name it, this place has it! When my kids were young I remember having to pack every single item for the kids—you can leave all your stuff at home and enjoy your vacation!

The home was a perfect layout for 2 families with young kids and offered many amenities for the kids...toys, stroller, pack n play, bed rail...made it very easy for us. Amazing home - perfect for toddlers & in the perfect location

What an amazing home Sarah has curated for those that want to be away from the boardwalk but within easy walking distance. House is nicely curated with all the toys and amenities you would need for toddlers but also for those that love hosting family meals. Rooms are great and the Nest thermostat central air is a godsend. Garage is stocked with all your beach needs. Definitely would stay again!!

Great House & Great Host

We loved the house & we got very lucky with amazing weather. Unfortunately for us we had to cut our trip short because a couple of members of our family came down with a bad cold, but it was everything we expected and more. The house is a shade further from the beach than other houses we rented, but it still felt like it was in the middle of the action.

A great family getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Sarah's beach house for the week! The house was very clean, spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. Plenty of fun things for the little ones to do and a great front porch to relax on for the rest of the family. Lots of parking and easy to get out all of our favorite OCNJ spots. Sarah was so nice and easy to communicate with making sure that everything during our stay was perfect. Some delicious welcome goodies were waiting for us as well :-) Would highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks again!

Great time in a beautiful house!

My family and I really enjoyed the house and everything was just as pictured and described in the listing. The porch is very spacious and nice to sit and relax on. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything listed including tons of beach gear to borrow in the garage! Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone. Family Fun

We rented this property to squeeze a little bit more summer out of September and to celebrate our daughter’s 2nd birthday with family. The property was just as described in the listing and so much more. Upon check-in (which we were notified day of that we could actually check-in early if we wanted), we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and Johnson’s popcorn; great way to start our getaway. The place was very spacious, nicely decorated and had high end appliances in the kitchen. We have 2 little ones and it was very helpful that it had many kid friendly aspects to the rental including a pack n play, high chair, bathroom set/up supplies, beach toys/push car and an open field and playground nearby. The walk to the beach and boardwalk is a little bit of a distance but we walked there twice during our stay and it wasn’t bad at all. Our favorite thing about the property was the porch; huge, fun lights at night and lots of seating on a pretty quiet street. Great way to end our days. Lastly, Sarah was great. Very quick to respond, friendly and accommodating. We had a great time at this property and highly recommend it!

Perfect for our family of 6!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! The house felt spacious and clean. The walk to the beach and boardwalk was very doable for our kids (ranging from 3 years to 12 years). Having the beach chairs and beach cart/wagon and sand toys, all already at the house, was an added bonus since it feels like we pack everything but the kitchen sink for a weekend away with kids. We had beautiful weather (mid-September) and the house was everything we hoped it would be. Thanks. Sarah!

Amazing family beach week!

We had such an wonderful week! We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 11 yrs to a 1 year old. The house was clean, modern feeling and was well equipped for our beach week. We appreciated not having to pack baby gear ( pack n play, high chair and stroller) and beach equipment ( sand wagons, beach chairs and sand toys). The house was about a 10 minute walk from the beach and boardwalk. Ice cream, food, grocery store and drug store were all very walkable. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a carefree and spacious home to stay in. We had a few questions for Sarah and we accidentally broke something on the property. Each time we contacted her she was extremely responsive and we were met by her cheerful helpfulness. We had such a lovely week! We will definitely be returning!

Incredible beach house!

We had a great time at this property over MDW. Great location- short walk to beach and boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. The house was impeccably clean and the decor was the perfect combination of beachy and cozy. Kitchen well equipped- had everything we needed and more. Can’t recommend this property enough.
