Welcome to our peaceful beach retreat in a prime location! 806 E 7th Street is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, second floor beach block home which rents Saturday to Saturday. We purchased this home in 2018 because we love our family traditions of coming to Ocean City each year and wanted to spend more time here.

It is a short walk to all that you love in Ocean City - beach , boardwalk, waterpark, mini-golf, Castaway Cove, downtown shops and plenty of places to eat. Just park your car and walk or bike to wherever you like to go!

The home was fully renovated in 2019 including new furniture, appliances, carpeting and décor. In addition to the main living room, kitchen and dining area, the main floor has a master suite with comfortable king size bed and bathroom, one queen bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and trundle (3 twin beds total) and a main bathroom. Dining table has seating for 6-8 plus two additional seats at the island. A deck off the main living area has additional seating and another table for 6-8 for dinners outside enjoying the ocean breeze. Kitchen also is fully stocked for those who love to cook. There is a small deck off the back two bedrooms on the main floor. The second floor is a large, relaxing master suite featuring another comfortable king size bed, twin trundle bed (two twin beds), sitting area, bathroom and private deck with lounge chairs and view of the ocean.

Absolutely no pets of any kind or smoking is permitted in the unit. All deposits will be forfeited if this is not followed.

Primary renters must be 25 years of age to rent property and staying with guests for duration of rental.
We cannot accept rentals for high school senior week, after prom or other parties.

Note there are two units in this building. This rental is for the upper two floor unit. Unit is accessed through the garage or a side entrance. Lower unit is also available for rent if you are in need of a larger space. This unit has three bedrooms and two baths. Please contact owner for additional information if interested in both units.
