New apartment for 4 to 6 people on the ground floor in a former Goémonier workshop at the tip of Raguenez.
Easy and free parking.
Located a 5-minute walk from the beach and the coastal path, 3 km
Pointe de Trevignon (market every Sunday morning in season) and 3 km from the town of Nevez, all shops, market on Saturday morning all year round.
This accommodation consists of a large main room with fitted kitchen, (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a seating area with sofa bed, two bedrooms, a bathroom with wc.
To take advantage of the outdoor space at your disposal, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and two "adult" bikes. Cot and baby chair available.
