This apartment is situated a couple of hundred yards north of the Obelisque, close to the town and the coast. The two storey property has a ground floor and upper floor apartment. Both apartments have a two-star classification and are listed separately on this site. They also have reversible air conditioning.

Enjoy the beautiful countryside in and around this area and really relax while taking time to do the things that interest you most, whether it is walking, sight-seeing, bird watching, photography, painting, swimming, diving, fishing, sailing or just sun-bathing on the beach.

There are numerous restaurants, the nearest being 5 minutes walk and similarly several supermarkets. There are three beaches in the area, the nearest is a ten minute walk away, plus a beautiful rocky cove about 3 minutes walk away.

Une semaine à port vendres

Un endroit magnifique, une crique superbe à 3 minutes à pied. des gens adorables (voisins et Paulina pour l'accueil) appartement fonctionnel et très bien agencé Seul bémol : il fait très chaud, les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas. L'installation d'une clim serait indispensable.

Appartement parfait au coeur de PV

L appartement est idéalement placé en plein coeur de village et à quelques minutes à pied des 4 criques de Port vendres. La voiture peut être garée aux alentours et ne sera plus utile si vous restez sur PV. Il est parfaitement équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, Tv, wifi, CD, livres, ventilateurs), très spacieux, au calme. Il y a 2 tres belles chambres avec des literies parfaites. Point de vigilence: l appartement est un peu en hauteur et l' accès se fait uniquement par de grands escaliers (le village en est rempli). Il est en effet dans le quartier typique de la Citre. Un grand merci à Paulina, notre hôtesse, qui a été tres accueillante!

Très bon séjour

L appartement est très bien équipé avec livres dvd... et proche du centre ville. La plage est à 5 min à pied et le parking est assez facile lorsque l on a compris l organisation des ruelles. L accès à l appart par les escaliers n est pas le plus aisé mais on s habitue. Notre hôte hôte accueil Paulina est très sympa. Merci à elle pour tous ses bons plans. La région est magnifique. La mer est un aquarium! Je recommande cette destination et cette location

Gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht

Wir waren zu viert und fanden die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die in der Nachbarschaft wohnende Vermieterin stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Zum Hafen oder zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung liegt am Hang, man muss daher einige Treppen steigen und kann, z.B. zum Ein- und Ausladen, auch nicht am Haus parken. Die Parkplatzsituation in den kleinen Straßen rundherum war bei uns etwas angespannt. Davon abgesehen hatten wir eine schöne Woche in Port-Vendres.

L'appartement offre tout le confort nécessaire à 4 personnes. La proximité au port est un plus. La densité de population était très raisonnable. Il n'est pas trop difficile de trouver des places pour garer le véhicule. Paulina, qui s'occupe de la location, répond vite et nous a très bien accueillis.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement parfaitement équipé

L'appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné est tout neuf, bien aménagé et d'une surface qui convient tout à fait pour la famille de 3 personnes que nous sommes. Il est en outre situé à trois cents mètres à peine du port, et plus proche encore du sentier littoral. Dave, le propriétaire, avait laissé à notre attention quelques provisions dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée, et il s'est montré durant tout notre séjour d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse remarquables pour répondre à nos questions et nous fournir le matériel que nous lui avons demandé (parasol pour la plage). Nous avons donc passé une très agréable semaine à Port-Vendres, sous la chaleur (même s'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans l'appartement, plusieurs ventilateurs sont à disposition et suffisent à rafraîchir l'atmosphère). Pour conclure, une location et un propriétaire que nous recommandons tous deux !
