The Jane Marie Cottage is located minutes to Old Harbor, close to shops and dining and of course the ocean and is equipped with air conditioning, two refrigerators, beverage cooler, two dishwashers, gourmet stove, outside enclosed shower, large gas grill, garbage pickup, hairdryers, satellite TV and wireless internet, pillows, blankets, sheets, and towels. And beach towels and chairs are included. Security deposit and cleaning fees apply. THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE MONDAY TO MONDAY ONLY IN JULY & AUGUST. Partial week rentals (three night minimum) during June and September.

Fantastic stay!

The house was lovely, as was the location! In walking distance to the ferry and several restaurants, and a quick bike ride away from everything you need to have your dream Block Island vacation!

Great location for a work trip

We used this home for a work trip and it was the perfect location. We needed to sleep a good number of folks for a quick overnight and it was lovely having this home for the team. Thanks for all your help.

The house is in a good location for walking to and from town. Interior had plenty of space for our family and having two refrigerators was very nice. Providing plenty of sheets and towels; both shower and beach made packing easier. The outdoor space isn’t ideal for our family games and activities. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
