Beautiful setting in Ponte de Lima

Lovely home on the river with fruit trees and access to the Camino de Santiago for walking and cycling. Very quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful stay and holiday

Lovely welcome, super place, beautiful garden, very friendly owners. Delicious grapes. Lovely walk into Ponte de Lima, lots to explore. Recommend visits to Guimarães and Braga. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We would love to stay again.

Clean, modern, fully equipped, spacious, 10 meters of glass doors that open to a beautiful garden with fruit trees, private and very safe, quiet and very comfortable bed. Visiting from Canada, will recommend to family and friends.

Séjour à ponte de lima

Le séjour chez Fernando a été incroyable. L'accueil est juste parfait et Fernando est une magnifique personne qui saura très bien vous recevoir. La maison est magnifique et le jardin somptueux. Le quartier est très calme à l'écart de la ville. En 20 min à pied vous pourrez rejoindre le centre ville le long de la rivière.Je recommande vraiment cet hébergement.Encore merci Fernando pour ton accueil.Sébastien

La maison de Fernando et Sameiro est parfaite à tous points de vue. Elle est bien équipée, très confortable, d'une propreté impeccable et joliment aménagée. Le jardin est très mignon (avec la petite mare, les arbres fruitiers...) et la terrasse abritée permet de prendre les repas dehors par tous les temps.La location se situe dans l'enceinte de la maison des propriétaires, ce qui est toujours rassurant, avec une entrée séparée et un emplacement pour la voiture.Toutes les commodités et les visites sont à proximité.Fernando et Sameiro sont à la fois très accueillants et discrets ; de bon conseil et très souriants.Seul regret : ne pas avoir réalisé plus tôt à quel point les plages sont proches et agréables, nous y serions allés plus souvent.

App für Individualurlaub

Dies ist ein großzügiges Appartement mit großer Fensterfront und Blick in den wunderschönen Garten. Tolle überdachte Grillecke, auch sehr gut bei Regen zu nutzen. Liegt fast direkt am Pilgerweg, die Altstadt Ponte de Lima ist fussläufig erreichbar. Ausstattung des App ist sehr gut, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhaft! Maravilhoso!

Wir wurden von Fernando aufs Herzlichste empfangen. Die Kontaktaufnahme via Whatsapp im Vorhinein lief ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist einfach und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren schön bezogen und die Handtücher lagen dekorativ gefaltet auf dem Bett. Die Küche und das Wohn/Esszimmer gehen ineinander über und bestechen durch die lange Fensterfront, die den Blick auf den ansprechend gestalteten Garten mit Teich freigeben. Wir waren leider nur eine Woche dort und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Muito obrigado, Fernando, pelas dicas e pela boa recepcao cordial de nos por você.

maison tres bien situee mais voisinage horriblement bruyant

belle demeure moderne avec quelques defauts mais dans l ensemble rien a redire. accueil tres different de ce que nous avons eut lors de nos precedentes locations au Portugal... par contre gros point noir pour moi, les chiens donnent des concerts reguliers, ainsi que la cloche numerique tout les 1/4 d heures...

Je pensais à quel point le monde est injuste: Pour ce séjour nous vous proposons une place de parking exceptionnelle à l'intérieur de la propriété pour 2 voitures. La climatisation dans la maison est automatique et nous vous informons et vous demandons de ne pas modifier les paramètres, malgré cela, les clients ont modifié les paramètres en plaçant le système plusieurs fois à sécher et à effectuer des tâches de maintenance réservées au technicien. À la fin du séjour, nous devons héberger les clients suivants dans une autre unité car le système de climatisation a dû être réparé, et selon le technicien, cela était dû à une mauvaise utilisation. Après tout cela, par sympathie, j'ai évalué mes clients avec 5 étoiles. Mes chers clients ont attribué 3 étoiles à la maison à cause des aboiements des chiens du voisin. conclusion, "combien ce monde est injuste"

Alojamento de boa qualidade e bem equipado, quer no interior quer no espaço exterior. Boa área interior, com espaço comum para sala de estar / sala de refeições / cozinha com vista e ligação direta a jardim espaçoso e bem cuidado. Alpendre equipado com churrasqueira e mobiliário para refeições. Alojamento em local tranquilo, a 200m de estrada nacional, e acessível a pé (20min) ao centro de Ponte de Lima por percurso/ecovia junto ao rio Lima.

Schönes Haus und traumhafter Garten!

Wir haben das Haus im Oktober 2019 als Familie mit 3 Kindern bewohnt. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön. Der Vermieter Fernando hat sich bestens um alle Angelegeheiten gekümmert. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert. Die Nähe zur schönen Stadt Ponte de Lima war für uns perfekt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit im Casa da Tapada.

Très bon accueil, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Villa située dans un endroit calme et reposant entouré de verdure. Elle est bien agencée, bien entretenue ,très fonctionnelle. Nous la recommandons vivement car nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

A gardeners paradise

Well kept property, with easy access to the many jewels of the Ponte de Lima area. Our short 4 day stay was spent walking the many trails and also the Camino path to Santiago, passes near the house. We would recommend this location for a vacation. Howard & Giselle Canada

Entspannung Pur

Super Unterkunft. Das Haus befindet sich mit auf Fernandos Grundstück, und ist sehr luxuriös. Alles neu und sehr sauber . Fernando tut alles damit man den Eindruck hat man wohne dort allein. Es ist so ruhig und schön dort das wir eine Woche echt zu kurz fanden. Ponte de Lima ist ca.2km entfernt und ebenfalls wunderschön. Wir werden auf jedenfalls bald wiederkommen. Casa do Tapada: Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen in Ponte de Lima!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Casa do Tapada sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, dabei nur ca.15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum Ponte de Lima entfernt. Das Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt und verfügt über einen grossen, gepflegten Garten. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ebenerdig also barrierefrei, verfügt über eigenen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten, 4 Liegestühlen, einen Grill sowie einen sicheren Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Den Feriengästen stehen zwei Mountanbikes zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit Bad/WC und einem grossen Wohnzimmer mit einer offenen Küche, ist modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage, einer kompletten Küchenzeile incl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Hauseigentümer sind super nett und unkompliziert im Umgang, immer hilfsbereit und dabei stets diskret. Wir empfehlen Casa do Tapada jedem, der Ruhe und Entspannung in einer schönen Umgebung sucht!

Maison chaleureuse et accueillante, idéal pour les enfants. Très calme, il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont adorables et à notre disposition. Je reviendrai sans hésité.

PERFEITA ESTADIA

Casa e jardim muito agradáveis.A casa está muito bem equipada e perfeitamente limpa. A casa está situada a 1km de Ponte de Lima e pouco mais de 20 km de Viana e de Barcelos. E muito agradável de poder passear nos arredores com as bicicletas emprestadas pelo proprietário. Fernando Martins foi realmente fantástico pela sua amabilidade e disponibilidade.

VIVIENDA Y JARDÍN INMEJORABLES

La vivienda está situada en una zona muy tranquila -lo que se oye es el carrillón de la capilla de Ntra Sra de las Nieves que está justo detrás-, y a la vez muy próxima al centro Ponte de Lima, en coche no más de 5 minutos, y a los que les guste caminar, justo al lado de la casa sale un camino entre parras y arboleda que va paralelo al río. La casa es tan agradable, con el jardín lleno de árboles frutales -los higos estaban deliciosos- y con un césped muy bien cuidado, que es un placer estar en ella. Nos ha encantado la decoración, la calidad de los colchones .. en fin, todo excelente. Los dueños son superamables y en todo momento están dispuestos a ayudar. Gracias a las indicaciones de Fernando, pudimos elegir la mejor ruta para pasar un día visitando el Parque Nacional de Peneda-Gerês. Para los amantes de la naturaleza, la zona está llena de ecovías, jardines y zonas protegidas. En definitiva, un lugar muy recomendable. Muchas gracias, Gloria y Fernando por vuestra amabilidad. Si volvemos por esa zona, podéis estar seguros de que iremos a vuestra casa.
