The first floor belongs to the kids with a large bunk area, complete with 2 twin bunks, a media center and private bathroom. It also has a washer and dryer and access to the private, fenced-in pool.

The focal point of the home is on the second level, where the open family room hosts the kitchen and living space. With floor-to-ceiling windows on the south-facing wall, guests will get a fantastic and unobstructed view of the dunes and Gulf. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and can seat 15 for a meal at the breakfast bar or dining table. If you chose to dine al fresco, there are plenty of Adirondack chairs on the deck and a propane grill to cook and eat together. A 55” flat-screen LED TV complete with Blu-ray and Sonos can provide entertainment for everyone to enjoy around the seating area in the living room. 5 bedrooms are on this floor, all with their own flat-screen TVs.
