Exceptional cottage, in the heart of the village of Larçay, 5 minutes from Tours, between Cher (river) and Castles.
17th century building completely renovated and tastefully decorated in 2020, combining old floor tiles, exposed beams and modern furniture.
This comfortable 100 m² building is ideal for 6 people but can accommodate 8.
The beds are ready for your arrival and the household linen at your disposal.
No smoking. Pets not allowed.
On the ground floor, a large living room containing living room, dining room and American kitchen. A back kitchen also contains washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with comfortable 160 bedding, bathroom and separate WC. A large landing accommodates a trundle bed.
On the 2nd floor, a bedroom ideal for children offers 2 single beds.
In front of the house, a small courtyard will allow you to breathe the fresh air of the village.
Many leisure and sports in the village: cycling, fishing, boat rental in Port-Avertin, rowing and canoeing base, skate park, ping pong and other children's games. The edges of the Cher are 100m from the cottage. You can picnic there with the family and enjoy unforgettable walks.
Located in the heart of the Loire castles map: Villandry, Azay le Rideau, Chenonceaux and Amboise are 15 minutes away, the other castles are close.
Tours is 5 mins away. Bus a few steps away. You will discover its famous Place Plumereau in the historic center. You can also enjoy the vineyards and cellars of the wine region: Vouvray 10 mins, Chinon 40 mins.
