LUXURY 3/3 at River Club, right on the river with full amenities and shuttle

3/3 with 2 Kings (each can turn into 2 twins), 1 Queen, Sleeper Sofa, Steam Showers, Jet Tubs, chauffeur service & more!
I can no longer use my condo and am willing to make you a great deal! This is a full 3/3 at the River Club, with valet service anywhere in town, including the Gondola. Also, there's ski storage and boot warmer, along with an awesome outdoor hot tub. The unit is a three-bedroom/three-bathroom residence with an amazing location in -town and the amenities are truly the definition of luxury!. It is located on the river side of the building with a small balcony on the first floor... really quiet and peaceful!

BEDS: Split king, split king, queen and queen sofa-sleeper

LAYOUT: This residence has natural hardwood floors with an open floorplan living room, dining area and kitchen. In the living room is a natural stone gas fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DirecTV and Blu-Ray DVD player, and desk. The leather sofa pulls out to a queen bed. Off the living room, the balcony opens to a town-side view. The dining table seats six with room to add bench seating. The kitchen is a fully equipped space with granite countertops, chef-quality appliances, and all the dishware, cookware, and utensils needed for any Telluride vacation.

In the master bedroom on the main level, there is a split king bed and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The ensuite bath has a steam shower, separate bathtub and large two-sink vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed (can be set up as two twins), flat-screen TV and DVD player. The large bathroom has a jetted tub and separate shower and is accessible from the short hallway. Also on the main level is the bedroom with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The ensuite bathroom has a shower only.

This residence has its own washer/dryer and complimentary wifi.

PARKING: Garage parking is valet only, with one space per unit.

SKI AND GEAR STORAGE: Outdoor secure ski and snowboard storage are attended as well, with indoor boot-dryer racks available. Bikes and other gear can be securely stored in the garage.

EXTRA AMENITIES: The River Club has a wonderful outdoor waterfall hot tub, open dawn to dusk daily during ski season. Also for your comfort and pleasure, there is a club room with a massive stone fireplace, sunroom, and bar (coffee, tea, and special receptions). There is also a fitness center with Nautilus equipment, stationary bicycles, treadmill and free weights.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Your stay includes complimentary in-town transportation and Telluride Airport shuttle service in-season. Additional services to regional airports can be arranged through the delightful concierge staff. Please contact the club for options during offseason.

Perfect location for a Telluride Getaway

The River Club was a big reason why our first trip to Telluride was perfection. The staff was friendly, communicative and helpful with any and all requests, unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable and the building amenities and location can't be beat. The kid's room was perfect for our kid's age 5 - 8 and location worked so well (in town, < 5 min walk to gondola) that we never had to get in the car for our 6 day stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great property & location. Room was not the same as pictured, but close to equivalent. Check in happened after hours & was very easy. Parking was overly complicated due to size of our vehicle. Wish there was bar or food service on property. No liquor license for main lobby.
