Nice place not too far from downtown. Ubers were easy from this location. Do note that the bedroom with the king bed in it has a 3/4 height wall shared with the living room. So, there isn’t total privacy with that room which we didn’t realize when booking.

This property was absolutely perfect for my 50th birthday trip. We had seven ladies and we fit extremely comfortably. The common area was perfect and so was the kitchen. The location was walking to the Gulch and a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. The host was so helpful and communicative. The check in and out process was a breeze! We will go back! The main entrance was under construction but it did not interrupt our trip one bit!

The place was adorable and fit our needs. The location was great and in close proximity to Broadway and The Gulch. Property was equipped with plenty of towels and extra pillows, which is a must for me. The door code did not work upon arrival but the owner was available and handled immediately. I would highly recommend this property!

Nice and well maintained property

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, easily accommodated 6 people. Pool was nice, and this rental provided a ton of towels to accomodate. Everything you could ask for, highly recommend!

Mom's weekend away

The property was clean, very nicely decorated, the beds were super comfortable. We liked to walk, so it was not a bad walk to anything but also just a quick uber away.

Nice place close to broadway can walk it if you like to exercise. Accomodation were fine and host Donna very responsive. The pool to chilly so we did not go in but seemed heated water was warm not the pool but bottom of pooled looked like it could use a cleaning. Only negative to our stay was traffic from highway was pretty loud into the condo did not seem to have much of a noise barrier but did not affect sleep.Over all good host and placed worked for 5 people

Glad that this guest enjoyed the condo and our communication. Regarding the pool, it is heated for use when it's not so warm outside and is regularly cared for in terms of cleaning. On the noise, we spent a lot of time ensuring no issue when purchasing as we are located downtown for convenience. It is quiet in the condo. Potential guests can see other positive reviews including comments speaking directly to the lack of noise even with a great downtown location. I can only guess that these guests had the balcony door open but even when on the balcony it is not very noticeable. Please do not be concerned by this comment.

Birthday trip

We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and this rental was perfect very clean & had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Easy walking distance to the Gulch & parking was easy. We would definitely choose this rental again.
