The second bedroom offers a full bed, a bathroom that adjoins the living room, a full-size washer/dryer, and flat-screen TV. The Best Place In River Walk

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautiful. The view, the neighborhood, everything! We were greeted with clean towels, dishes, bedding, and more but the best part was the third floor balcony in the corner that overlooked the beautiful waterway. Management worked with us following flight delays which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay again!

Incorrect Location and Bugs

Not sure if short term rentals are allowed at this location? The map location given shows the property showed it was located on River Oaks / 501. However, when we picked up the keys to the property we learned the property was located at a different location than advertised, approximately 3-4 miles south. This was definitely an inconvenience considering we had to fight traffic. The inside of the condo was decent with the exception of a major pest problem,,, during our 15 night stay we saw multiple spiders, cockroaches, and even a snake on the stairs… there is also a medium size wasps nest on the back porch. Pest Control is needed immediately. Lastly, the mattresses in both rooms are extremely uncomfortable, possibly the worst two mattresses I have ever laid on.
