The pull out couch sleeps two more on a high quality memory foam mattress. Enjoy your coffee on the patio in the dome-egg swing, backed to woods. Pool and hot tub onsite - open April through October.

We enjoy keeping our property in nice shape, sharing it with other families, and making it possible for our family to travel more and enjoy a change of scenery.
Why they chose this property
We love this location in the River Oaks golf course community. It has a quiet, peaceful feel to it, nice shade in the summer, and is only a 10 min drive to the beach. We really enjoy the pool and hot tub area that is open from April to October.
What makes this property unique
The top floor condo is great as it provides the room for vaulted ceilings, making the space much more open and airy feeling. We like the room the 2bed 2 bath condo provides, and the large screened in patio overlooking the golf course.
