Beautiful Condo

Our stay in this condo was just what we needed when visiting our son at CCU. The condo was exactly as described. The water view was beautiful and the condo had all the amenities and was so clean! Getting ahold of the host was very easy and she responded right away. If you are a golfer this would be an excellent choice as it sits on a golf course!

Great Central Location

We had a great stay in this property. It is central to just about everything in the area and provides easy access to routes that avoid 501 traffic. We would certainly stay again!

Comfortable, quiet condo in a great location

We needed a home base for our son's 3-day fencing tournament at the Sports Center, and this condo was perfect for 3 people. The unit was clean with comfortable beds, the building was quiet, and the neighborhood is well-located to shopping and restaurants. The view of the Intracoastal Waterway was a great plus; it was also nice to walk out to the pier and watch the boats going by. This unit will be at the top of our list for future tournament stays.

Long Weekend visiting our daughter at Coastal Carolina

Very nice property. Easy process and easy communication before and during our stay. Nice pool and balcony overlooking the water way. Not too far from the beach, Coastal Carolina and Broadway at the Beach. Place was very cozy and clean.

College visit

We stayed in this unit during my son’s family weekend for CCU. Great location easy to get to the college as well as airport and beach. The unit was clean and very quiet. Would recommend staying in this unit. We look forward to our next visit to visit our son.

Great condo!

This condo was in a perfect location to get to my daughter’s college. We moved her in to Coastal Carolina university. This condo I also close to the airport and Myrtle beach. Excellent location!Very clean , easy to getting using the code provided and we very much enjoyed the salt water pool and watching boats go by on the waterway.

Ok

The property was ok. Evolve had sent me an email with the wrong code to get in the gate, very frustrating after a 8 hour drive! The unit was good, need some new cookware and a large pot for pasta. There is a curtain rod that needs repaired. Beds were the most comfortable I have ever had on vacation.

Three is not a crowd

My two sisters and I stayed at this absolutely beautiful and safe condo for 5 days to attend and celebrate my son's graduation from CCU. We had plenty of space even when my son and his roommates family stopped by for dessert and conversation. The location was convenient to the college, beach, state parks and Merrill's inlet. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!

The condo was clean as was the complex. The furniture and beds were a bit older, but fine if you are just using the place as a base for visiting the area.
