We had such a great time here! The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the basics (and more), the beds were cozy, and the whole space just felt really inviting.The location was perfect—it’s in a nice, quiet area, but still close enough to all the fun Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants.We’d totally stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo for Getaway

This was our second time staying in the condo and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The unit is beautiful decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The property is very well kept and we enjoyed the pool area. I loved waking up to the view of the intercostal and the golf course with my morning coffee. This condo and property does not disappoint.

Long weekend getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family for a long weekend. It is the perfect size with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of one another. The kids also loved waking up and watching the boats leave while eating breakfast.

The perfect getaway

Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Kitchen had all we needed for our short stay. The kids enjoyed watching the boats and jet skis from the privat balconies. The heated indoor pool was a plus considering it was too cool for swimming at the beach. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future!

Myrtle Beach Getaway

My husband and I were in Myrtle Beach to watch our son play baseball and were extremely pleased with this condo and the entire Grande Dunes Marina Inn property. This condo is immaculate, one of the cleanest properties we have rented. Beautifully renovated and decorated. We felt very at home. Views off all three balconies of the intercostal waterway and golf course were amazing. Pool area was relaxing for a cocktail and sunshine. Staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/out were a breeze. We would definitely stay again and will recommend this property to others.

Our stay was AMAZING! This condo is absolutely beautiful and SOOOOOOO clean! The decor was tastefully done and very cozy and welcoming. The bedrooms were huge and with two king sized beds, there was abundant comfortable sleeping. The bathrooms were spacious, clean and stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy breakfast and lunch daily. The AC, fans and televisions were easy to use and we could stream all our favorite programs. The THREE balconies boasted spectacular views of the golf course and inter-coastal waterway. We had access to water sports, pools, exercise facilities, food and pool side food/beverage. It was luxury! The location of the condo was perfectly perched with easy access to N. Myrtle and Broadway at the beach. It is a few short blocks to the beach with private beach access. We will definitely book again! (Perfect for a family of 4 with two teenagers...there is also a pull out couch that we did not use, but available for those with larger families). Five Stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in this rental with our 12 & 16 year old granddaughters. They loved the pool & hot tubs and we loved the safe and quiet location away from the downtown area that was very touristy. The condo is furnished nicely & beds are comfy. Nice washer/dryer if you need to use it. The unit is as pictured in the photos. Only complaint would be the rental company. Not clear about certain things and I tried to get clarification on a couple items and they are not available on Sunday to ask questions. Person who gave use keys just handed them to me and didn’t say anything else. They advertise a private beach you can go to, but I could never get the location from the rental company or how to get there. I know the hotel has a shuttle to it, but was told not to ask the desk any questions. No map of property to know where anything is located. Directions on how to use some of the appliances/fans, etc, would also be nice to have. All other properties we have ever rented, the owner or someone always contacts us during our stay to see if everything is ok or if we need anything. This property did not. If I was the owner, I would want to know the property managers are not doing their job well. Also a couple of cleaning issues that we noticed in the unit and a couple items they need to have in the kitchen to be able to cook meals.

We also responded to each message we received from you, including questions about the keys, beach, and map. Our team is available Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by phone, email, and text, and we have an after-hours answering service in place for evenings. On Sundays, while our office is closed, we still respond to texts and emails and have the after-hours service available for calls. That said, we understand that not everything may have been as clear as it should have been. We'll review how that information is presented and look at ways to make it more accessible and user-friendly. We also appreciate you pointing out the minor cleaning and kitchen inventory issues, and we’ll follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure those are addressed. Had we been made aware, we could have addressed this immediately in real time. Thanks again for your feedback, it truly helps us improve our service.
