Awesome place to stay

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and VERY well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies/linens. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and we felt secure, especially with the 24/7 guarded gate entrance. Kristy was wonderful with communication and a pleasure to talk to; she was quick with responses to any questions/issues that we had. This will be our first choice of places to stay the next time we are in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area!!

The location was inviting and quiet and there's off-street parking. The property was well appointed and stocked with all that we needed, plus extras of practically everything. The manager kept in touch, even when there were no issues, to be sure we found everything in order. We did! I'd highly recommend this property.

Great spot!

We have stayed at Desert Falls several times and always enjoy it. This property is exactly as represented and was perfect for the three of us and our dog. Directly above one of the heated pools (pools with even numbers are heated) and the roads inside the development are perfect for scootering and rollerskating! Will return for sure!

Relaxing stay in Palm Desert

We enjoyed the comfy condo. It has a great layout that allows for privacy between the master bedroom/bath and 2nd bedroom . The sofa is comfortable and the hosts thoughtfully include pool towels and toys. The balcony overlooks the pool (which was heated during our stay). The resort is easy to get around and feels very safe. Lastly, the communication with the hose, Kristy, was great. She was thorough, prompt, and very friendly. We had a lovely time!

Lovely home, gracious hosts

The second-floor townhome was attractive, comfortable, and provided easy living. Making meals was a breeze because the kitchen was so well-equipped. We even found a waffle iron! There was a pool with a hot tub right below our unit that we would have loved if January had turned out to be warmer. Instead we got our exercise on the 16 pickleball courts at the nearby clubhouse. It was so enjoyable that we're returning for two months next year.

Perfect place in the desert

My husband, parents and I had a wonderful stay at Kristy’s place! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was immaculate. The condo was bright, warm and inviting. It was well stocked. (I can’t think of anything we would have needed that wasn’t provided.) The beds were about the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The condo is centrally located with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and check in and check out were a breeze. Kristy is so kind, helpful and accommodating. I can’t say enough about her! Just wish we could have stayed longer! If in the area again, we will definitely be back!

amazing hosts

Kristy was an amazingly responsive host. She was accommodating and friendly. The house isn't the most updated or trendy, and there was more than one piece of broken furniture (eek) but completely perfect for our family of 3 boys and our doggy. Having our dog there was a relief, and the boys found it relaxing to lounge. Coronavirus caused the pools to have no chairs or loungers but the social distancing rule (only one family per pool) was a relief. We didn't see a soul the entire time so not having masks on was a great break! The place is a great getaway and the owners make it 10 times nicer!

This condo was perfect for our stay! Great location next to one of the many pools and it had everything you could need. The master bath is so spacious and a casual comfortable living area- really nice to relax after a day outside. Communication with Kristi was excellent- she responded very quickly with any questions and all the condo check in info. Thanks again for such an enjoyable experience.

We live about 3 hours away from this desert 'paradise'!! The location in the desert is perfect - right in the middle of everything!! My husband was a college tour player and LOVES this golf course. Tennis is so is relaxing at the pool located right below our back balcony - AHHHH!!! When we enter the gates at Desert Falls we know we are about to relax and make some happy family hope to share our 'home away from home' with you.
