Ideally located, opposite the Ile d'Oléron, this completely renovated house will offer you all the necessary comfort for a great vacation with family or friends.
The garden and its terrace facing the sea will allow you to enjoy convivial meals in the calm under the sun of Charente-Maritime.
Only 500 meters from the beach, and 1 km from the center where you will find all the local shops.
Our house is composed of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a bathroom and a shower room, and separate WC.
We provide you with: garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs, travel cot and high chair.
Short stay possible on request and curist package off season.
An ideal location which will allow you to discover the most beautiful sites in our region (La Rochelle, Ile d'Oléron, Ile de Ré, Royan, Ile d'Aix, Rochefort).

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit großer Terrasse

Wir hatten zu 4 eine schöne Zeit in diesem gut ausgestatteten Haus.Es liegt in der ersten Reihe direkt am Atlantik.Zu Fuß ist Mal schnell ( vorbei an tollen Fischerhütten auf Stelzen) am Cap vorne mit einem schönen kleinen Strand.Der Ort an sich hat nicht viel zu bieten aber wir wollten von dort Touren mit dem Fahrrad starten was gut geklappt hat.Auch eine Bootsfahrt ab Saint Nazaire du Charente zur Ile de Aix war sehr schön.La Rochelle ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und ebenfalls sehenswert.Nicht zu vergessen die Ile de Oleron.Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Das Haus liegt sehr schön direkt am Meer, tolle Lage für Ausflüge, die Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings sollte in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnt werden, dass das Einzelschlafzimmer nur der Durchgangsraum zum großen Schlafzimmer ist. Es hat zwei Türen, keinen Platz für einen Schrank und das Bett ist für einen Erwachsenen nicht wirklich geeignet. Das große Schlafzimmer ist auch nur durch diesen Raum erreichbar. Wir haben uns damit arrangieren können und einen schönen Urlaub gehabt, aber es wäre gut gewesen, das vorher zu wissen.

Charmante maison idéalement située : Vacances TOP

Nous avons découvert cette petite station "Port-des-Barques" dans des conditions optimales.La maison est très joliment décorée, spacieuse avec une orientation idéale : d'un côté, au sud avec la vue mer, de l'autre, un magnifique jardin, ensoleillé et ombragé. Nous avons eu la chance de déguster ce que la nature nous offre grâce aux 2 cerisiers. Les balades y sont très agréables. Les commerces sont proches (20 mn à pieds / 5 mn à vélo, laissés gentiment à disposition).Enfin, nous avons apprécié les échanges, avec Emma et Julien, leur confiance et leur générosité qui émane de leur demeure, sans oublier la petite attention à notre arrivée.Vous l'aurez compris, cette adresse est à retenir. Vous n'y passerez que du bon temps. En effet, cette semaine de vacances à été ressourçante pour nous. Nous espérons qu'il en sera de même pour vous.

Erholsame Nachsaison-Zeit

Für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit ist das Haus mehr als großzügig geschnitten. Die überdachte Terrasse mit den gemütlichen Lounge-Möbeln haben wir praktisch nicht genutzt, weil es bereits zu kühl war. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der Blick auf das Meer und die Einrichtung des Hauses. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Bäcker ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.

Perfektes ruhiges Haus mit Meerblick

Wir waren voll zufrieden mit allem. Gute Ausstattung, geräumige Terrassen, perfekte Nähe zu Meer, Strand und vuelen Ausflugszielen. Kommunikation, Einchecken und Auschecken mit Vermieter total unkompliziert. Nur schade ist die Restaurantsituation in Port des Barques selbst. Au cap bonne espérance sehr empfehlenswert, Öffnungszeiten beachten. Wochenmarkt Mittwoch und Bäcker Tommae, Fleischtheke im Supermarkt.

100% détente garanti

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances estivales très agréables dans la maison de Julien. 100 % détente. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine très bien équipée et la véranda à l'arrière de la maison, au calme. Et bien sûr, la vue sur la côte et la mer. Il y a aussi une petite zone de baignade indépendante des marées avec une plage de sable, accessible en quelques minutes à pied. Des excursions vers l'île Madame peuvent également être organisées à pied ou en vélo directement depuis la maison. Nous recommandons la maison de Julien à tous ceux qui recherchent une station balnéaire un peu plus calme en Charente-Maritime. Port-des-Barques dispose de deux petites épiceries, d'échoppes de conchyliculteurs locaux et d'une très bonne boulangerie. Il n'est donc pas nécessaire d'aller loin.... La visite du marché de Rochefort est tout de même fortement recommandée.

Super séjour dans cette maison. Bien optimisée et aménagée que ce soit en intérieur ou en extérieur. Les 2 terrasses offrent chacune ses qualités, le jardin et la pergola pour l'une et la vue mer pour l'autre. On s'y sent bien et on apprécie la proximité des attractions locales. Si votre budget le permet, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Wunderschön

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und die Fischerhäuschen. Es befindet sich in einer angenehmen ruhigen Lage, ist aber auch perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Kleiner Badestrand ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts, dabei mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Durch die sehr große, überdachte hintere Terrasse konnte man auch bei schlechterem Wetter draußen sitzen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen ! Vielen Dank!!

Logement ideal pour séjourner en famille et visiter les îles et autres pepites de la Charente Maritime. La maison est extrêmement lumineuse, agréablement décorée. Tout y est de bon goût et la maison est très bien équipée. ( cuisine et éléments de cuisine/ literie top / salons de jardins / velos/ plancha/ barbecue/ transats/ bains de soleil ...et le tout neuf ou en très bon etat ...) La vue sur mer est juste la cerise sur le gâteau. Les hôtes sont extrêmement sympathiques et arrangeants. Très bonne communication. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Allez y en toute confiance .

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. DieMailkommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief jederzeit zeitnah und verbindlich, die Schlüsselübergabe sehr unproblematisch. Wir haben das Objekt wie im Internet beschrieben vorgefunden, alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Toll auch die beiden zu nutzenden Aussenbereiche. Fazit unseres Aufenthaltes: jederzeit wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in sehr schönem Haus

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die jederzeit zu erreichen war. Einfache und problemlose Übergabe des Schlüssels, wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung das sehr sauber und ordentlich war. Die Gegend am Meer und dem nahegelegenen Strand ist traumhaft und für einen erholsamen Urlaub perfekt. Jederzeit wieder, können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolles Haus und nette Gastgeber

Sehr schönes und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit je einer Nord- und Südterrasse, letztere mit Meerblick. Ausstattungsseitig war alles vorhanden, auch Grill und Plancha. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war absolut unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Toll war, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsziele, in Port-des-Barques selbst einige gute Restaurants, Austern gibt es quasi überall in sehr guter Qualität zu kaufen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden die Gegend sehr schön.
