in the center of the tourist village of réna majore house completely restored in 2019. Composed of two bedrooms, shower room wc, living room on open and equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, air conditioning. A terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue, sink, fridge and outdoor solar shower. Communal swimming pool at 200m and beach at 1km. The village of Santa Teresa has 7kms with all shops.

Vacances Sardaigne

A notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas eu d'accueil, le propriétaire était injoignable le ménage de la maison n'était même pas fait, Nous avons du effectuer un nettoyage rapide pour pouvoir passer la première nuit. Le nettoyage n'a été réalisé que le lendemain ce qui nous as un peu contrarié. Sinon le logement est bien équipé et agréable.

Lorsque vous rediger un commentaire il faut etre precis et ne pas oublier les details qui sont importants...anna et davide vous ont proposés un logement de dépannage pour la nuit et que nous vous avons dédommager de 100€ pour ce préjudice. Et vous etes parti sans prendre le soin de ne pas trier vos de hets et de les evacuer.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - nur Kleinigkeiten Verbesserungswürdig

Christians Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Eine neue Küche mit gr. Kühlschrank, Induktionsherd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Mikrow. bietet alles, was man braucht (nur Frühstücksmesser sollte man mitbringen). Sehr schöne stabile Möbel und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung machen einen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Highlights sind auch das Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Dachfenster sowie die großzügige Terrasse mit Grill, Herd, vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Außendusche. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und alle Fenster haben Insektenschutz und Fensterläden. Bis auf Internet ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Hoher Standard! Ein paar verbesserungswürdige Kleinigkeiten sollen aber nicht verheimlicht werden. Der Kühlschr. war etwas muffig (vermutlich länger nicht genutzt) und Teile des Geschirrs noch dreckig (dank Spülmaschine aber kein Problem). Zudem gibt es leider nicht für alle Müllsorten (auf Sardinien wird strikter getrennt als in Dtl.) einen Mülleimer, was dazu führte, dass Wildtiere unseren Müll auf der Straße verteilten. Am besten sollte man sich direkt vom Verwalter den Code für die öffentl. Mülleimer geben lassen. Zudem gehört der in der Beschreib. erwähnte Swimming-Pool nicht zum Ferienhaus und ist auch kein Gemeinschaftspool! Er ist zwar nur 100 m entfernt, aber nur gegen Eintritt nutzbar und das nur zu bestimmten Zeiten, während unseres Aufenthalts (Mitte Juni) sah er zwar nutzbar aus, war aber geschlossen. Alles aber Kleinigkeiten, daher insgesamt 5 Sterne!

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Location neuve. Cuisine d'été très agréable (nous n'avons cuisiné que dehors). Arrivée anticipée pour notre plus grand confort. Tout était très propre et confortable. Hôte très accessible et communication facile en anglais. Federica a répondu à nos interrogations, nos demandes de conseils .. Logement à retenir pour une prochaine fois .. On le recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Wunderschönes Haus

Christian hat aus dem Häuschen alles herausgeholt, was man herausholen kann - vor allem die Terrasse: eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Sitzecke im porvencalischen Stil, ein Esstisch, 2 Liegen, eine Aussenküche und ein Grill. Auch im Haus ist alles neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es machte viel Spaß in der geräumigen und gut eingerichteten Küche zu kochen. Obwohl in einer Ferienanlage ist das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Merci Christian, pour un agreable sejour dans votre maison magnifique!

merci natalie pour vos commentaires et nous sommes très heureux que vous avez passer dans notre maison malheureusement malgré vous avoir fait cadeau des frais de ménage vous avez semble t il laissé la maison dans un état lamentable (graisse sur les meubles de cuisine,vous n'avez pas utilisé la nappe sur la table du séjour etc etc )nous sommes face a cette situation obligé de faire intervenir une femme de ménage.quel dommage!!
