Master Bedroom:
A long day of adventures in the desert is deserving of a kingly retreat for your much needed night of restoration. Fall deep into sleep with our luxurious Cali King-size bed or snuggle up and catch a late night movie on the 55” wall-mounted TV. The ensuite master bathroom features His and Her vanities with separate shower and bathtub. Easy access to the pool overlooking the golf course - a magical way to wake up in the morning Cali sun. In addition, the master bedroom has its own black-out drapes for that needed for extra shade.

Guest Casita:
Guests will love this spacious detached casita room with a Queen-sized bed and modern flare throughout. A 50” TV rounds out the room for complete comfort. There is plenty of floor space for our additional air mattress located in closet for an extra queen bed. Guest bathroom is nearby and features a sink vanity and travertine floor to ceiling stone shower. The room is also completed by a kitchenette includes a bar fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Guest Bedroom 1:
This bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and 50’’ TV. The ensuite bathroom has been newly renovated featuring a vessel sink vanity, tub and custom natural stone with Mr. Steam shower.

Guest Bedroom 2:
This bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a Queen-sized bed & with its own luxurious bathroom with a wall of cascading water.

Kitchen & Dining:
Our home makes for easy meals with our double-island and chef-ready stainless steel appliances throughout! Keurig machine, Kitchen-Aid 30" Combination Wall Oven with Even-Heat True Convection , Kitchen-Aid countertop oven, Kitchen-Aid gas stove, Kitchen-Aid fridge and microwave keep you and yours well fed while the dishwasher makes for an easy cleanup.

Take your meals at our homes dining table or enjoy your meal alfresco in the outdoor living area with outdoor tv and poolside comfort. Don’t worry, if grilling is more your style, you’ll be sure to enjoy our Weber gas BBQ thats just outside.

Features 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom in the main house, and a separate Casita /1 bathroom with an expansive living and entertainment area. The guest casita and home share a charming and beautifully landscaped front courtyard.

The newest course at PGA WEST and the only Greg Norman-designed golf course in the Coachella Valley is aptly described as being very "challenging but fair." Sporting only 68 acres of lush manicured turf, 102 white crushed marble bunkers and shark blue water coming into play on 9 holes, this 7,200-yard course offers a truly "Outback" experience that will entice you back time and time again.
A five to ten minute drive to the Polo Grounds, the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, three public golf courses within PGA West, and scores of other courses just outside of PGA West, and abundant shopping and restaurants.

PRE-CHECK-IN PROCESS
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a link from Duve that will allow you to complete the pre-check-in process, which includes the following:

1. Providing names of all guests
2. Approximate arrival of your time to the home so one of our team members can conduct a welcome walk-through.
3. Secure location to upload your ID. (Required by city law in the Desert and HOA in HI)
4. Agreeing to terms of your reservation (Example: check-in, check-out dates, number of occupants, etc.)

After the pre-check-in process is complete, you will have access to an individual guest area that is accessible through the web and contains all the information needed for your stay. Such as home address, access codes (Available within 24 hours of check-in), access to team members, details about the property, etc. (No app download required).
