GREAT LOCATION.

We had a great time. The house was in a perfect location being right on the beach. Checkin was easy and the house was in great shape. Loved being walking distance from some restaurants and shops. Would definitely go back again.

Magical in Miramar

My wife and I wanted a place on the beach and when I saw the property has arcade games also, I was sold! The location was just right for us. Close enough to “everything” but quiet and beachfront also. We didn’t use the entire property but the part we did was comfortable and inviting. There is room for many more guests and everyone would surely have plenty of room to spread out! The property manager communicated what we needed to know to make our stay a pleasure. We enjoyed our visit and would certainly recommend this property.

Beautiful beachfront home

My family and I try to visit Destin yearly and I’m so glad I chose this beautiful oceanfront home to accommodate us. It’s spacious and has tranquility for someone looking to escape everyday life. Such a lovely home on such a beautiful beach.

Family Beach vacation

The property is as described and is very nice. The location is great and the beach is clean and beautiful. We used the chair service everyday and had chairs set up directly in front of the house. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Check in was a breeze. We had no issues and would stay here again. The location is convenient to restaurants, groceries and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property exceeded our expectations. From easy check-in, to cleanliness, accommodations, and location. The area was beautiful n close to everything. I do recommend a baby gate for those with toddlers. We will be back!

Tranquil Tides was so Tranquil!!

We stayed at this property for 8 nights as a family of 10. The view was wonderful from all of the balconies. It was especially nice to have 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas ready for us on the beach every day. Chris was a wonderful host. We would love to return for another family vacation in the near future!

Amazing stay at Scenic Gulf shores

The property was excellent. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony; watching and listening yo the waves of the ocean. My grands truly enjoyed the pool on the 1st floor. I would recommend any family of 10 or 12 guests to stay here.

Great place, right on beach

Great place to stay, on the beach. Personal pool spa was clean and great. This is 3 floors high, prepare to walk stairs, the elevator is not operational in the house, which makes sence die to legal reason I'm sure. Over all 10/10. Great stay!

Goegeous Views and Very Welcoming

Decided to take a quick trip to Destin and this home provided everything we needed. It was clean and bright and very welcoming after a long drive. The layout is wonderful, especially if your kids are a little older. The splash pool was perfect for relaxing. It was certainly a busy area during Spring Break, but we always had our dedicated chairs on the beach. Thanks for sharing this home.

What a wonderful view!!! Our family stayed in this charming townhome after Christmas. The house was super clean. We enjoyed the sun set and rise on the balcony. We loved the pool! Perfect for a small family. We will be back again!

This is a beautiful property and the photos are accurate. The location is within walking distance to several stores and restaurants and the property sits directly on a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We would definitely rent this home again.

Sept Family Getaway

Perfect beachfront location with plenty of room for guests to spread out. Amazing views of sunrise /sunsets from balconies or beach. Home was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy our week on the coast. Bonus for us was the daily included beach umbrellas and chairs. We will definitely rent this property again in the future. Host Chris great at quick reply to any questions. Everything went smoothly from initial rental contact to the last steps out the door. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Home away from home

We loved the location my daughter’s are 15 and 21 and their cousins were 16 and 18 with the youngest being 9 and they loved the area, they meet other teenagers from other states and had such a fun week with them also. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. There were nine of us and the rooms were plenty spacious. We enjoyed early morning and evening dolphin watching off the balconies. The beach chairs and umbrella set was awesome, since we had such a large group who loves being on the beach all day the chairs and umbrellas were a great added bonus. We only had to rent four extra chairs and one umbrella. The kids loved the bunk room they said the beds were comfortable which was amazing because most bunks are not. We would most definitely recommend this vacation home to everyone.

Perfection, just a step away from one of the most beautiful beaches around!

Have I ever stayed at a 100% perfect property? No. Was this property maybe as close as I've gotten to that? Most likely. This is just a beautiful home, right on the beach, in a quiet and centrally located area for great food, fun and activities. The unit modern and inviting, and everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and check out, and the management company was responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The only negative thing I could say about the whole experience is that it had to end. We plan on coming back annually, and will surely call this place home for the foreseeable future.

The property was conveniently located in walking distance to a few places to eat and shop. Great beachfront access directly from the house with plenty of views from the 3 different balconies. Loved watching the dolphins in the morning. We would definitely rent again.

Great place and great condo

Can’t have enough of this place it had all we needed for our stay . The only down part is the checkout is too early 9 am . If they would make it 10am or 11 am it would make this place perfect . Had to get up extra early to get stuff ready to check out .

Great family experience in amazing house

Beautiful house with amazing views. The view is so nice, we became morning people. The house was clean, exactly like the pictures, and the arcade video games were a huge hit. The entire downstairs is a haven for kids. Finally, all our questions upon arrival were answered immediately by our host, Chris M. He was great! 5 star house and experience.

Tranquil Tides Miramar Beach Florida

Length of stay 6 weeks - Jan-Feb. Location of the property is excellent - sunrise and sunset from all 3 verandas - located right on a white sand beach with perfectly clear water! Easy access to many excellent seafood restaurants and plenty of shopping available close by. Recent renovations were well done. Veranda furniture first class. Kitchen well equipped. Kids loved the bunk room! Management company, Chris and Riley were very responsive and helpful - 5 Stars for them!! Why not 5 star Overall Rating? Lack of elevator access - remember this is a three story unit. Main seating area sofa was a sleeper - not very comfortable for sitting. Mattresses show signs of heavy use. Combination washer/dryer could be upgraded.
