Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to gain access to these amenities, but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. The owners, Francisco and Meredith are very happy owners of the villa, which you will soon visit. Francisco is a chiropractor and Meredith is a college professor. They have been coming to the Big Island for over 20 years. Meredith's grandfather moved to Honolulu in the early 1900s and she and her husband are both happy to continue her family's presence in the state of Hawaii.
