Convenient location to Keystone & Breckenridge. Fun clubhouse for kids to play in & soaking sore muscle apres ski. Good kitchen for cooking to help cutdown on cost of dining out.

Great location and was a nice place at a great price point. Definitely met expectations for what I paid for my stay. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses. Quick tip on silverware...lol. In a glass in the cabinet. Living room was nice. Bed was very firm. Be aware in case you don't like firm beds.

The toilet and heat were broken and one of the dining room chairs was glued together and unsafe to sit in. We ended up spending $300 for one night when we got stuck in silverthorne because I 70 was closed and we couldn't get home, so not worth it. Very disappointed with this vacasa stay

Lights over couch dont work, Tv wont connect to Wifi , (had to hotspot it), needs1. new pans ( teflon all flaking off ) and more of them,2. Broom with dustpan 3. Shower valve 4. Bed headboard is broken 5. Bathroom fan sounds like jet engine 6. Community hot tub jets dont work

Do not stay here. This place was dirty, the toilet did not work, the Wi-Fi did not work, there were stains on the sheet, and one of the chairs was broken. When we tried to contact the management company they did not respond at all. I will be requesting a full refund.

Just okay

This place was just okay! Did what we needed. The Wi-Fi is straight up does not work. The bathroom shower was a bit crusty (mold on the shower curtain). There is one dining room chair that’s hot-glued together. I rented through Verbo and the “messaging the host” feature seemed to not go through since this was a Vacasa listing. However, we did love the fireplace and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking! Overall the stay was fine.

There was no WiFi and no router in the apartment. We contacted the support team multiple times and were promised help but nobody showed up to fix the internet problem. Also, the apartment needs remodeling and the furniture was very old. I’ve been booking with Vacasa a few times before but this is the first time the property wasn’t as described.

Disappointing but overall fine

My husband and I specifically booked this place for access to the racquetball court. We were so excited to be able to play for the first time in a really long time on our weekend away from the kids. We were so very disappointed to find that it was all closed due to a cleaning. My husband called the HOA to ask about it and they said it was a scheduled cleaning that they alerted all the owners about. We really would have liked knowing that as we probably would have gone somewhere else. With both being in between seasons and it raining and hailing off and on the whole time we were there we were really relying on those amenities being available. All that being said, the place itself was nice. There were a couple minor inconveniences but unlike previous reviews everything was functional and clean.

Disappointed

The area was excellent, close to all the ski resorts we visited. However, our stay at this condo was not as great. The apartment was extremely cold, the heat would work for maybe 20 minute spurts and then cut off. We used the fireplace for warmth while we were in and shut it off before going to bed. We practically froze every night. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The biggest problem was there was mold on the shower curtain and both my partner and I ended up having allergic reactions-mine of which I had to seek medical attention for after my entire face and eyes swelled nearly shut. I have reached out and was told my concerns would be sent over to the owner/property manager but have yet to hear back. I will be seeking a refund. I highly recommend staying in this area, however I would not book your stay here.

Great Condo for Skiing

My two kids and husband and I stayed here to ski at both Breckenridge and Keystone and the location in Silverthorne was great. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and the nicely remodeled, well-stocked unit.

Nice location. Clean but could use some updating and overall improvements. You can easily tell this is just a condo that is routinely rented out as it doesn't appear to be well taken care of. Unfortunately 2 out of 3 hot tubs and the pool were not functional when we stayed which was a major disappointment for our kids.

Vacation cut short due to Covid 19

The place was nice and had great potential. However we were unable to take full advantage of the property due to the Covid 19 outbreak. The clubhouse, pool, gym, etc., was shutdown the night we arrived. The ski resorts were closed within the next 2 days. Needless to say, we left early.
