This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is fully equipped and furnished, complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, central A/C, and washer/dryer. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the guest bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living area. The condo has a spacious lanai to lounge and enjoy the bustling city & Pacific Ocean views. Free WIFI & cable services is included in the rental. For your convenience, the rental comes with 1-assigned parking stall.

Discovery Bay is located at the gateway of Waikiki at 1778 Ala Moana Boulevard. Walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping center, Honolulu Convention Center and near the Ilikai Hotel, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and the Modern Honolulu. There are two 40-story towers and the towers are connected on the 11th floor recreation deck. The building amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, sunbathing deck and BBQ area, secured entry and 24/7 security. Discovery Bay is perfectly located on the quiet side of Waikiki, yet close enough so you can walk to the main Waikiki strip, the beach, shopping, dining and more. This building is perfect for snowbirds looking for an escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully furnished & ready for move in.

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
