Great Unit for Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time at the Hilton Waikiki Village. The unit was well appointed with excellent linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, and first class television/audio in each room. Our three kids enjoyed the pools, lagoon, and easy access to nice swimming beach on Waikiki. The owner/management was very responsive to questions and were very professional. Highly recommend. Gil

Hawaii Trip August 2024

I definitely recommend the condos at Hilton Hawaiian Village. The property was wonderful. There were a ton of things to do. Great pools and great beach. I would suggest bringing water shoes because the ocean is a bit rocky but fine with water shoes and so beautiful. Michele was great. She called me to make sure I understood everything. The condo was beautiful and had an ocean view. One of the hotel workers who worked the front desk was wry rude and refused to help us when we had a problem but otherwise we have no complaints on our stay. It was perfect!

Okay property

Check in took over 45 minutes. After a long day of travel, that was not ideal. There was splattered coffee on the wall in the dining room when we got to the room, so clearly cleaning was not done.Had to ask for toilet paper three separate days. Garbage accumulated in room with housekeeping only being one day. Had we known where to put garbage or if there was a garbage shoot, we could have dumped it. The balcony was lovely with great views. We needed the one king room and the two double bed room. However we received the one king with two twins. I know that the room arrangement is not determined until you arrive, but this doesn’t make sense. You should be able to pay for the view you want and the bed arrangement that you want/need, instead of it being a surprise at check in.Housekeeping was very responsive with additional bedding!One night our smoke detector started beeping at 3:30 am. Not ideal. Maintenance was quick to arrive once we told management of the issue. Pools too busy every day. I was traveling with my 86 year old parents and could never get a seat at the pool.

We understand that this can feel different from a traditional hotel experience, but the front desk is always available to provide additional supplies or arrange for extra service for an additional charge when requested. We are sorry to hear about the other challenges you faced during your visit. It is good to know, however, that the maintenance team was able to respond quickly and resolve the smoke detector issue, and that housekeeping was responsive when additional bedding was needed. We’re also happy you were able to enjoy the balcony views from the unit. We hope that despite these concerns, you were able to enjoy time with your family during your stay.

Just wonderful and such a perfect location

We had such an enjoyable time. The Condo was very clean, large, fully equipped with anything you may need. The location on the property was more then perfect! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be back.

Great place for families! Everything you need on the resort and the walk to the main strip was about 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time.

Waikiki or Manhattan?

Condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, the location was terrible. It was on the third floor next to the parking garage. Car alarms were going off at all hours and loud and drunk people could be heard all night. The building was fully occupied and there were just too many people. The only good thing about the third floor location was the fact that we could take the stairs and didn't have to join the long elevator lines. Not a very peaceful or restful vacation.

Great Location

We were on the 12th floor of the lagoon tower in a 2 bedroom apartment with a view of the lagoon and the beach. Lovely location, unit contained everything we required and even a few extras that we were not expecting. There is always something to do in the Hilton Village, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Checkout time was interesting with only 3 lifts to service the whole tower, many people on the upper floors were greeted with full lifts. The Hilton team gave us advanced warning and plenty of options for a quick checkout to try and avoid the peak lift times, but 90% of people will checkout around 10am. I would definetly recommend this property.
