We apologize that it was not clear our vacation rental management company is Sand and Surf Vacation, but are always happy to confirm any information about our business or listings when asked. The mattresses are pillow topped, but firm, and think this is personal preference. We apologize about the slow draining in the sink. We did find it after your stay and cleared the pipes. We are always happy to assist our guests with these small maintenance type issues when they arise during guest stays when we are notified about them. To clarify regarding towels — our listing clearly states that the maximum number of overnight guests allowed is six, and accordingly, six bath towels are provided. This is standard for vacation rentals. While we understand your personal preference for additional towels due to your family’s needs, we encourage guests with specific requirements to bring extras from home. We also provide a washer and dryer in the unit for convenience, and as you mentioned, additional beach towels were available in the cabinet for your use. Regarding parking, the property includes one designated space, as described in the listing. Any vehicles or encroachments by neighbors are outside of our control, as they too have a right to park in their spaces. The driveway does have a white line for guidance, and many guests with smaller vehicles find it manageable. We appreciate your comments and will use them to ensure clarity in our listing.
