Summary:
This is a gem! Location, location oh my!! When visiting Traverse City, staying downtown is where it's at! We are just a quick turn around the corner to the heartbeat of TC...shopping, dining, theaters, nightlife and West Bay. Capri TC is expertly appointed. This is the perfectly calm oasis to relax and recharge after jumping in to all Traverse City has to offer.

The Space:
Capri 313 is a condo located right downtown Traverse City. There are four (small) flights of stairs to get up to the condo.

Guest Access:
Washer and dryer plus a dishwasher

The Neighborhood:
Located in Downtown Traverse City just two blocks from Front street in Old Town Neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Easy to get around! You can walk to most of downtown, a BATA bus stop is on the corner, Uber, Lyft, and several Cab companies are available.

Interaction with Guests:
We love to be as involved with your stay as you'd like. Being longtime TC residents that live downtown, we love to share our favorite things about TC.

Great smell of clean and ready home on arrival! Great walkable location for downtown TC, comfortable and quiet plus easy parking in lot. Didn't know about cool renovated theater spot across the street, wish I could have gotten tix :-( but lots to see/do/eat/walk/bike in TC. Great stay!

Property was very nice inside. The 2 bathroom outlets did not work and there was no towel bar in the bathroom to hang used towels. Other than that, we found the place to be very clean and well appointed.

The apartment is wonderfully located. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. It had all the necessary amenities. Things to note, the electric outlets in the bathroom did not work, I had to prewash 2 of the 4 bath towels they had stains and the parking lot in back is small, so if you aren't back by 7pm you'll have to park in the bigger lot which costs 15 for overnight parking. Apartment is on 3rd floor which makes it quiet but if you have trouble with steps there is no elevator.

We really enjoyed this location! Problem is the remote didn’t work forthe TV, so we went and bought batteries. Then we got into bed and the ceiling fan didn't work. We weren't going out to buy more batteries.

We have stayed at this specific one at Capri twice! The location is perfect. The condo is clean, homey and cozy. ONLY qualm is the 300 (exaggeration) flights of stairs after walking all day, but I managed!! We didn’t want to come home!

Absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location, was able to walk to a spot for dinner, and cooked the rest of the meals. Close enough to downtown that if it had been warmer, we could’ve walked there too. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and it was very clean. Definitely would stay again!
