Extremely clean, great kitchen amenities, perfect view (saw dolphins from the balcony) and location. It will definitely be our first choice for the next time we visit. Minor issues with one of the beds being uncomfortable and the screens don't shut all the way but overall just a wonderful experience.

Beach Getaway

Everything was excellent except Work was being done to the exterior and paint chips as well as staples were on the porch facing the ocean. Had to clean this up in order to keep pups from eating them and us from stepping on them.

Issues with the property

The cable box did not work, the ceiling leaked when it rained, having to rent sheets and towels on top of the weekly rate for the week seemed excessive. The dishwasher was no anchored into the cabinet. We were disappointed and will be contacting the property management group.

Overall, the condo itself is nice inside, well maintained and mostly clean. I would suggest the cleaners pay more attention to cleaning the air vents though. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. The view is wonderful. The beach wasn't very crowded. The online description is incorrect about their only being 2 TVs - there is actually one in the LR and each BR - pleasant surprise! That being said, the check-in process is a pain compared to other places we've stayed. You'll have to go to an office first to pick up keys before going to the condo and again to drop off the keys. Additionally, I didn't think 3 flights of stairs without an elevator was a big deal until I had to carry all of our luggage and groceries up and down - and each time we took out the dog. It's a big deal. Be prepared for that and I wouldn't recommend it if you are a senior or out of shape. Also, the path to the beach behind the building is overgrown and desperately needs to be cut back. Unrelated and out of control of the property management, but relevant - we had an incident on the beach where my leashed mini-goldendoodle was attacked by two pit bulls that got away from their owner. Fortunately, she came out of it unscathed. Please do not bring your animals to a public beach if you are unable to control them.

Beautiful unit on 3rd Floor

The unit was very nice and a great location. The only cons were too many maintenance people showing up or entering the unit while I was not there with my belongings. I had 4 visits from different ones to inspect the skylights which was having a leak fixed, they replaced the screens doors (he came twice) and a pest control person. Also, the condo supplies nothing in terms of cleaning products except a small packet of dish detergent and some toilet paper. I had to buy a sponge, dish soap and paper towels.

Excellent beachfront accommodations

The property is as pictured and very comfortable. One queen bed could be replaced due to wear. I would definitely return to this property. My only complaint is with the towel/linen rental. The towels smelled terrible and needed to be washed prior to use.

Nice Getaway

Very nice property with a spectacular ocean view. Nicely decorated and kitchen is well equipped. Perfect location for a nice getaway. Highly recommend and hope to return next year.
