I read the reviews for this place and everybody had a problem with communicating with the host. I thought the lack of communication was understandable since there is a note that they will not share check in info until check-in time. However, the time came and no info was shared. I called the number listed and got voice-mail. I spoke to Vrbo customer service and they gave me an alternate number and told me to call them back if I could not get a hold of the host. Called the alt number and also got voice mail. I called customer service back and they also tried to reach the host, getting no answer. The offered me a refund since I was stranded. I was unable to stay here and was never contacted by the property host. Luckily there was a very nice hotel downtown with a vacancy, otherwise I would have been sleeping in my car.
Vrbo needs to kick these people off their site. Also, Vrbo needs to require that the host provide all check in info to them so it can be given to the guest if the host is unavailable. Letting someone get stranded in a strange city is unacceptable.

Stressful Process
I wanted to love this property, but the communication between the owner was just terrible. We only stayed one night, but the day before, we hadn’t received the code for check-in. As we were 10 minutes away from the property, we still had not received check in information. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of the owner. The owner proceeded to tell me they tried to call and I had not answered and they needed to verify my email before sending me the code. The property is on a busy street, so it was loud. There was an alarm going off in the building by our entrance, luckily we could not hear it from our room. The place itself was clean and nice, but next time we would find a different place to stay.

Great place - terrible management
My wife and I booked this property for our 25th wedding anniversary. I sent a text message telling the owner we look forward to the stay. No reply. Received confirmation of the booking but no information on how to check in. The day prior to our stay, I sent a text message asking about check in. No reply. I sent another the morning of our stay. No reply so I called the number listed for the owner and lm. Having received no reply from either at 1 pm, I called the number listed for the owner again, no answer. So, I called VRBO. They proceeded to actually find the owner. I explained my experience to the owner and they were indifferent. No apology, no explanation, nothing. They told me they would email the check in iinfo at 3pm when I was allowed to check in. The place was nice and very well appointed but our experience with the owner was terrible. Good luck.
