Maison spacieuse, jolie terrasse avec belle vue mais non adaptée à la location

Les + : proximité bord de mer, gr34 et commerces. Literies (matelas, oreillers, draps) confortables. Électroménagers complets. Linges de maison et de toilette fournis en quantité (mais facturés), jeux de société à disposition, quartier calme, arrivée autonome, bon échange sms avec propriétaire Les - : propreté et entretien général, odeur de renfermé, état des ustensiles de cuisine moyen et vieillissant, absence d’espace pour ranger denrées alimentaires, absence d’espace pour ranger vêtements chambre parentale, mauvais état du barbecue, piscine non sécurisée, absence de détecteur de fumée, piscine chauffée à 24°c (dans les faits elle est à 21°C/22°C car absence de couverture, nous n’en avons donc pas profité), réfrigérateur / congélateur remplis d’aliments des propriétaires à l’arrivée (quid de la place laissée aux locataires), vêtements personnels présents dans commode chambre enfant, effets personnels dans salle de bain. Maison familiale non adaptée à la location … Au regard d’autres locations, le prix est excessif par rapport à la qualité des prestations.
